Maresía consists of eight vacation homes with incredible views of the sea and the summit. It features beautiful green areas and parking if you come by car. The pool, shared with the rest of the homes, is oriented toward the sea with breathtaking views from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Although Tenerife has very good weather, our pool is heated year-round.

All homes have their own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony or terrace with breathtaking views, WiFi, Smart TV and all the details that will make your stay something special during your vacation.



We seek the privacy of our guests and achieve it with plenty of vegetation knowing that your only neighbor will be the sea.

The name Maresía comes from the water cloud that waves create when they break. When the sea is furious "La Maresía" is felt from the house since we are very close to it. CHARCO DEL VIENTO has direct access to the shared heated pool from its own terrace. You will be able to enjoy a private terrace and garden with plenty of privacy. It has a kitchen equipped with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave and a refrigerator, and there is also a washing machine. It is equipped with Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, Nespresso and everything you might need so that your only concern is enjoying the wonderful sea views.



Our rooms are completely renovated and updated in 2023.

The town of Los Realejos is friendly and welcoming. The house is in the neighborhood of El Toscal - La Longuera, a small town with all services and less than 5 minutes by car from the famous El Socorro beach and trails like Rambla de Castro and La Gordejuela.

The small town of El Toscal and La Longuera is very close. From the house to La Longuera it will take around 5 minutes walking and there you will find excellent restaurants like La Finca, El Andarife or El Guachinche El Pino. There are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and pharmacies very close by.
