“Steve (the host) was a GEM! He was so accommodating when my partner and I were attending a wedding nearby (but were running late), and got us into our room quickly. The property was immaculate, cozy, and. the grounds were so well maintained (plus, the AC was frigid). We'd love to come back!”

But if this is a "Resort" and I'm paying "Resort" fees, so generally the room should be fairly top-notch. In this case there were problems. No nos ofreció ningún apoyo de ningun tipo, ni económico, nigun seguro de accidente médico, ningun servicio de emergencia, ningún reembolso por la habitación, nada. Teníamos dos habitaciones rentadas para ese fin de semana. Muy mal servicio en ese aspecto.”

“The views from the property and our room were amazing. Our trip was so relaxing that we did not want to leave. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There were plenty of activities for both adults and children. The complimentary boat ride and trolley were unexpected and a great addition to our trip. We are already planning our next trip for 2027.”
