“En la habitacion las patas de las camas estan salidas hacia afuera y mi esposo se pegó y se rompió el dedo del pie, Tuvimos que ir al hospital con la emergencia y el Manager del hotel solo nos dió la direccion del hospital. No nos ofreció ningún apoyo de ningun tipo, ni económico, nigun seguro de accidente médico, ningun servicio de emergencia, ningún reembolso por la habitación, nada. Teníamos dos habitaciones rentadas para ese fin de semana. Muy mal servicio en ese aspecto.”

And the extra touches like unlimited drinks and water, freshly baked cookies. Definitely coming back next year.”

“Had a wonderful time here. Nice room. Breakfast every morning wth eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, yogurt, bagels, and more. Everyone who works here is very pleasant and helpful. Many activities to do. They have mini golf, tennis, basketball, pickleball, pool, canoes and paddle balls. Large checkers and chess set and more. Fire pits to sit and relax in the evening. Close to restaurants and things to do. Must go see the botanical gardens. Nice balcony with the rooms with table and chairs....
