“The property was amazing! Lots of space and very clean! Loved our stay!”

“Great house”

“The house was very clean. Had a wonderful selection of teas. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay at this location again.”

“The house was clean, in excellent condition, and had everything we needed. We will definitely use it again when we return to Missouri. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Congratulations!”

“Beautiful sunrises and sunsets highlighted by expansive vistas of the surrounding countryside made this property a pleasure within which to share precious family time. The fishing is pretty good too!”

“First time in a barndominium and it was very nice. Comfortable beds, nice shower and very quiet area.”

“It seems like a good place overall but had some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Specifically the trash was in front of the house and was very full and stinky the entire visit. The bathroom drain wasn’t working well and needs snaking. Most of all, the lower level bed had a broken frame and slats and the members our party had to sleep in a terrible bed that was beyond sagging. Needed to be replaced. It was unacceptable really. “Very nice space!”

“This townhome was great for our family as we explored Overland Park. Nice walking path nearby too. Would recommend again.”

“Very clean, spacious for our family of 7. Don was very easy to communicate with!”

“Communication was great. The place was perfect for our short stay. The town was nice as well.”

“Great place to stay! Safe, quiet neighborhood. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into every detail.”

“We hosted a fam get together for my husband’s birthday. Loved the space and all the amenities! Will definitely come back!”

“Great place to stay”

“Very nice property, so much better than a hotel we will definitely use again on our next vacation to see the in-laws.”

“The property is meticulous. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with very nice amenities. The shower is amazing with excellent water pressure and big fluffy towels. Water front is lovely. It is much nicer than the listed pictures on VRBO. We commuted back and forth to Lawrence each day and it is a beautiful drive, within about 1/2 hour. Resulted in a quiet retreat instead of plain motel. Next time I would pack golf clubs as there is a nice course within a few blocks. I...
