Casas de campo en Louisville

“The property is hidden away and quiet despite the busy roads near it, with offseteeet parking.Very clean, well stocked with coffee, shampoo, condition, and body wash. Bed was super comfy. Need a bathtub mat to prevent falls. I enjoyed sitting at dusk and watching the birds, bunnies and fireflies. Totally relaxing.”

“We appreciate the one night stay for our group. Beds were comfortable, we didn't stay long enough to use kitchen or enjoy ourselves. We slept and showered. The train came through twice during the night. It didn't bother us. The house is furnished with a lot of antiques which was cool but if that's not your thing you may not enjoy the stay. Close to downtown Shelbyville. And not a bad drive to Louisville.”

“Easy check in. Nice cozy home right by the river. Even left a golf cart for use when staying!”

“This cozy and quirky retreat is just minutes from Bernheim Forest and Bardstown, and my girlfriend especially liked the intimate vibe of the open floor plan. Very cool. I will be returning, and recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet getaway. (I probably wouldn't take my kids here with me)”

“The place was gorgeous, beautifully set up and easy to get to. We were disappointed that we were unable to enjoy the outdoors due to the level of humidity. We recommend this place and we hope to stay here again for our future visits.”

“The property was close to the wedding venue at the mansion. When we arrived at the cottage and opened the door there was a heavy musty smell. The baseboards and vents were filthy. The bathroom door was clearly rotten from top to bottom. The entire bathroom is in dire need of a remodel.”

“This property was absolutely wonderful, very clean and a great location.”

“Clean and cozy”

“I now understand why the hobbits thought Frodo and Bilbo were nuts for leaving the shire.”

“This place was easy to get to and we loved spending our 50th wedding anniversary their with you Thank you for such a warm welcome...Debbie and Brian”

“We enjoyed the stay very much. No complaints but a note that the bed in one cabin wasn’t made when we arrived. Clean sheets were folded at the foot of the bed and we just made it ourselves, but I’m not sure if the cleaning crew just missed that or what. Also, it was the end of July so I’m not surprised there wasn’t any firewood available but it was a cooler night and there wasn’t any under the porch as stated in the info. We had bought some duraflame logs, just in case, thankfully.”

“Perfect location for walking around Lawrenceburg. Comfortable & quiet!”

“My wife and I stayed for a weekend in the Bourbon Barrel Cottages. It was such an excellent experience. The owners had fantastic communication. It was super easy to check-in and out.Our cottage was extremely clean and modern. The hot tub and fire pit we're in great condition. There is easy access to all the local restaurants, wineries, and distilleries with only a quick 20 minute drive. We did not do a tour, but I imagine it would be a great experience if it went as well as the rest of our...

“Nice little getaway spotPet friendly Clean ”

“Lovely place. The only glitch was the cleaning staff dropped the ball and we had a delay getting in due to this”

“Beautiful property in the rolling hills of Kentucky. Great for couples as well as families. Very clean accommodations with tons of amenities. We stayed in the Wizard room which had serious Middle Earth vibes throughout. Property owners were regularly on site and very helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. Bonuses; chickens on site provided fresh eggs, in room coffee, tea and hot cocoa service, extra large community hot tub, fire pit with swings around it, fitness room, charcoal...

“This place was incredible! So fun for littles! There were so many thoughtful details! They thought of everything at this place and we can’t wait to come back. Could not recommend this place enough for singles or families!”

“Hot tub was nuts lots of ticks tho scary”

“We loved our stay at this cute cottage community! Great hosts and near distilleries and wineries. Enjoyed the firepit and our dog loved walking in the grass. Also enjoyed the Bourbon Country Welcome center! Great food! ”
