“Great location to stay”

“We were greeted with a handshake which is always a good start. Our hosts, Neil and Rosemarie were welcoming and eager to make sure our stay was a good one. Our room was spacious as was the bathroom and shower. We were pleased with the coffee machine and the fridge on the landing for the cold milk. “The floor in the bedroom was wet damp coming from somewhere. There was a musty smell. The outside space was filthy the floor was black in places and there was moss on the floor. The table and chairs were rusty. Old plant pots scattered about. The area was smaller than it looked in the photo. We couldn’t sit outside. We should of taken a picture but unfortunately we didn’t.”

“Just an all round relaxing comfortable stay. The only slight negative which is not the hotels fault is that it seems that some guests, once they have their room, have little regard for others that are staying i.e.coming in late (fair enough) being loud, banging about and slamming doors (not so)”

“A great breakfast, the room we had was next door to the two water heaters, making the room very hot indeed other than that a good stay and staff were very attentive, will definitely go again but not in the same room, breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal parking is good also with no extra charges.”
