“We really enjoyed our stay. We took our 23 ft boat and a jetski and there was plenty of room on dock and in the driveway with trailers. My 2 dogs really enjoyed swimming in the canal. My only concern was the big hole in the yard near the retaining wall that someone could fall into and get hurt. Also, the LVP flooring in the house really needs replaced as it is a tripping hazard. One recommendation would be to have a vaccum guest could use. I have long haired dogs that love swimming which means...

“We had such a great stay in this beautiful house in Cudjoe Key. The property was just like the images online and if you walked out about 5 feet, you would be in the water. We used the grill one night, but every night, we sat on the balcony enjoying the view. Great pool in the neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked and there was comfortable furniture to lounge around. Would come back and would recommend. ”

“The house is absolutely beautiful! You cannot beat the location. We met the owner while we were at the gated community and he was very accommodating. You can kayak right out back, there are great views from the pool which was kept nice and cool during the summer. We highly recommend this place. Just be sure to secure a place to park your trailer before you arrive if you’re bringing a boat. We did have some issues with the initial property manager, but the owner took over with communication...

“This is by far the best property we have rented in Venture Out. Everything was amazing, everything was well thought out, super clean, and the extra little thoughtful touches went a long way! We really enjoyed the complimentary pie and the book was very well put together and helpful!”
