“Great spot! My wife and I had a great weekend on Clearlake and this home was a perfect base. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner, and the deck had a gorgeous view of the lake. Communication was great, just an fyi that if you book through Expedia, the message from host will only come through Vrbo. I was able to reach out no problem and the host was very prompt and communicative. We’ll be back.”

“Great communication ahead of time. But then never received code for door (had to call) and never received WiFi (had to message). I guess the description is accurate and I did not read closely enough. There is no living room area. (Chair in kitchen. Chair in bedroom.) Instead there is a 6 seat dining room table in a large room between bedroom and kitchen which made no sense as it’s a very small apt. “The purpose for the stay in Clearlake was primarily the convenience of a nice place to stay while my brothers and I golfed at Hidden Valley Lake and Cache Creek. It proved to be the perfect location (with the exception of the rain that tried to spoil the experience). This property checked all the boxes being clean, very comfortable and quite. The added plus was a beautiful view of the lake. Next visit we will bring the boat! ”
