“The inside of the building smelled bad near the room, as did the inside of the room. Toilet ran all night and toilet seat and faucet of sink was broken. Air conditioning made room super humid which added to the smell. Asked for second night to be refunded because of this and that we were not going to stay a second night, but hotel refused.”

“I didn't like my room at all, it smelled like cigarettes because my reservation said non-smoker. I talked to the reception and he told me that he didn't have any available to change it for me. I also booked for three people and they put the basics for two. I don't recommend it. The hotel is very neglected and the shower had a water drain. It didn't stop dripping. The water doesn't work for me.”
