We absolutely LOVED our stay at The Shed. It was so peaceful and quiet- it was perfect. If we’re in the area again, we will be staying.

Kate our host was very warm and welcoming! The Shed was just as described. It was immaculate and decorated in a very relaxing and comfortable way. The cabin was deep in the woods by being a half mile off the road. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

My boyfriend and I were thoroughly impressed with our stay at The Shed. Kate was an incredible and attentive host, and even provided housekeeping like making our bed and replacing towels while we were gone for the day. She went above and beyond! The property is gorgeous, and we loved the cabin in the woods vibes. there’s plenty to do nearby too! We will definitely come back if we ever find ourselves on this side of the state again.

Kate was very nice and made us feel right at home. Would love to come back and fish during salmon season and occupy “The Shed”, 10/10 experience! Very clean and the Air Conditioning was such a luxury in the hot summer heat.

This property is a little slice of heaven and Kate is such a gracious host. Everything was clean and every consideration made for the comfort of her guests. I highly recommend this property for a quiet retreat from everyday life. Top notch!!

Very clean and cozy, perfect size for my husband and I. Within an hour drive of Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The fire pit with firewood provided was a nice extra perk.

The property is great! Our stay was perfect. It is cozy, but it has all the necessary items to make the stay pleasant. The cabin is clean, and the surrounding grounds are beautiful and interesting.
