“The area was nice but the rooms was not at all. Trying to check in was a nightmare. Room was not ready when arrived. I didn't have wifi at all.”

“There was a smell in the room that smelled like. A. Open swege pipe thats not been plugged. B. Fish 3 days old. They can not fix it. It stayed with us for 3 days during our stay. Its obvious they tried to mask it on 1 day with air freshners. I recommend avoiding if you can.”

“We are happy with our room at 231 for family room. Since everyone is happy and the view is amazing we extend our stay. But the receptionist mentioned that 231 was no longer available so they the 208 from the old building with the sane price. Bit disappointed because room smaller then 231 and not upgraded or as beautiful like 231 with same price. Other than that all is perfect. Staff, views and food was perfect.”

“This is a great location to stay at if you are headed to La Union. Aureo is super close to being a 5 star review, they were just missing the little details that separate from "Good" to "Excellent". We had to ask for several items in our room that are basics (slippers, body soap, shampoo, extra towels). Once asked for, the staff responded immediately however we should not have had to ask for those things when booking a villa suite. Property is well maintained however there are still areas...

“Creo q los desayunos son pesimos, no hay fruta, ni zumos, ni una simple tostada, las habitaciones no las limpian y el bar tiene unos horarios un poco escuetos. Lo mejor de todo la gente del poblado. Si no hubiera surf en esa playa no me acomodaria en este hotel.”

“Not worth the money at all. Super old room, not even a refrigerator. In need of a renovation badly. I’d expect the room I was in to be $25 a night not $100 a night. The only good thing I can say is that the water was hot. The way the room looked, you’d think it wouldn’t even have hot water. And the bed was sturdy, just trying to say something positive.”
