“I booked and paid extra for a seafront room. The view was wonderful. Unfortunately the room was not:
1) The bed was disgracefully bad - the springs on both sides of the bed are worn out, causing a person to roll off the bed unless they stay in the absolute centre of the bed.
2) Both of the armchairs are absolutely shot - the springs in both are now non-existent - they are so old and worn out.

“This hotel has an amazing garden and restaurant but the property itself is in need of some 'love'. Shower screen kept coming off the bath so bathroom flooded, lead flashing still hanging off over a year later. Clean apart from wear and tear. Such a shame because the location and the staff are good”
