“Great hotel”

“Our room was large and clean, however lacked basic facilities one would expect even in a 3 star establishment such as no fridge (room across the hall had one), no USB ports, no iron or hairdrier no hotel director of services. The walls were paper thin and overhearing other guests and hotel staff conversations at all hours was unwelcomed. Two double beds were quite firm but bed bases were essentially a timber box that the mattress sat in meaning that wacking your shin on a corner was easy and...

“I had a comfortable stay at Microtel. The staff are friendly and the place is clean. The only thing missing is a same day laundry service. 2 days return is not feasible for most travellers. I hope they can partner with laundromat companies to provide better service for their guests. Will stay there again.”

“The hotel is an old run-down hotel. We do not have hot water on our first day. Wall paper is peeling off, carpets are so old and dirty, towels are old, and this place needs a full complete renovation.”
