“Ubicación buena, personal amable y atento. El servicio de desayuno no tiene mucha variedad y es de mala calidad. La habitación no estaba limpia, llena de cucarachas y el último día nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación porque había una rata en la nuestra.”

She took us a block away, opened a large metal garage door, and asked if we wanted to stay there. It was sketchy and felt unsafe. We left and went to the Four Points instead. We’ll be pursuing a refund. Honestly this person should be banned from Expedia.”

“The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. “Expect that your stay reflects how much you’re paying or less, nothing fancy, the constructin on building 2 is not completely done do not expect extravagant, the food for breakfast was not the best either better to eat somewhere else. The towels are thin, there is no formal receiving area on Ludy’s 2. Not organized the aura/vibe is not welcoming.
