We stayed at The Dutch for 6 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we really liked the little breakfast bag every morning, it was healthy and we were pleasantly surprised that the pastry was different every day! We requested the breakfast by 7am each day and it was always on time.The hotel location is perfect for the railway station, shopping, and sightseeing. We would recommend the Dutch and we would stay again if we come to Maastricht.

Pretty good. I would repeat.
Pretty good. Parking is a little bit expensive and invoice never reached my mail account. Those are improvements, but I would recommend it.

Hotel con estilo cerca de la estación de tren
Ubicación excelente cerca de punto de alquiler de bici y buenos restaurantes, ubicado en la esquina de una de las calles principales de Maastricht que enlaza directamente con el centro urbano. Personal maravilloso, muy muy amable, incluso nos atendieron en español. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias y espaciosas con todo tipo de detalle y utensilios incluidos.

This is my first experience of a staff free hotel. Check in was straight-forward as was check out. Property was clean and well laid out in a quiet area and convenient for railway and bus. I gave a low rating for staff as we did not see any. I would have given a higher overall rating but for the fact that someone decided to upgrade the televisions in the morning. Have you ever been woken by someone using A F#####G HAMMER DRILL on the other side of your wall? I hope that the laundry is able to get the sheets clean. Overall I was quite happy but the drill experience on my last morning was a severe downer. If there had been a receptionist then they would have got an earful.

This hotel is fine. Very quiet. Self-serve check-in and bar. They can deliver you a "breakfast in a bag" but no restaurant. So, you hardly see anyone who works there. The room was very spacious for a European hotel and the bathroom was split with a room for bath and one for toilet. It is a convenient walk from the train station and into the old town.

Stayed in the extra large room, it was amazing! The disco ball above the bath tub with music was a nice surprise.

Het hotel is schitterend en heeft een hele leuke sfeer. Self service maar er is personeel dat super vriendelijk en behulpzaam is. De kamer was ruim, comfortabel en schoon. Wel gehorig helaas. Overal zitten kleine grapjes verstopt wat erg leuk is. De ligging is ook goed. Dichtbij parkeergelegenheid en je loopt zo het centrum in. Wij hebben het super naar ons zin gehad, echt een top hotel!

This hotel was quite unusual with self service check in and a hang out area and honesty bar. Our room was great, quiet and clean. The bathroom could have done with some modernisation. The one member of staff we met was friendly and helpful.
