I originally booked another property to celebrate their senior year but had to make new arrangements due to unfinished construction at the other place. It was a blessing in disguise because this house is absolutely gorgeous, well stocked, had everything we needed and so much more. Check-in was a breeze and directions were left on how to use everything.The girls took the kayaks and peddle boat out every day...

“Came to the area to see the solar eclipse, and decided to stay at this property on Cedar Creek Lake. The house was a perfect fit for the four of us adults and two small dogs. The big back porch has an amazing lake view, and the location—only an hour from Dallas—enabled us to enjoy lake life and go into town when we wanted to. The house was clean and comfortable, and the host made sure our experience was memorable. A great stay!”

“Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer!”

“Property was nice, right on the lake. We didn’t fish but it would obviously be an awesome location for fishing with a dock and covered boat slip. We enjoyed watching a variety of birds and squirrels in the backyard. The house was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to others. The location was close to restaurants and stores.”

“We really loved staying here. We had 9 adults and this was the perfect size. Outside the house was great with the boat dock, kayak, & ping pong table. But when it was hotter during the day the theatre and arcade room was a huge hit! And the instructions for how to use everything in the theatre room was especially helpful. The coffee bar was also a nice touch with everything we would need for coffee plus there was even a few k-cups for the tea drinkers like myself.”

“Property was gorgeous and we had everything we could possibly need! The host was very clear with information and instructions. We loved the recommendation to go to the Waves restaurant. It was super fun. We were very happy that we were provided with all basic necessities including soaps, shampoos, and cleaning products. It was nice not to have to purchase all of that ourselves. The view of the lake was so relaxing and the house was impeccably clean. Can’t wait to find another weekend to come...
