“I only stayed one night and I loved it , it was very clean and it was all brand new inside . The only problem I had was I never received a email with a code or nothing to get in , thank gif the maid was there and even though she didn’t speak English she was amazing got right on the phone and we talked to the people and got right in , thank god for her . I definitely would stay there again ”

“This place was great! Had everything we needed for the beach. It was nice having the view of the bay in the back too! Great location! Dawn the host was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. Also ran into the property manager a couple of times and he was so nice too! Overall wonderful experience. “The property was in a great location. Very close to the beach and the owner provided beach towels and beach chairs for you which was nice. It was less than a 5 minite walk to Johns pass and several restaurants and other activities. The condo was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was the hallways, stairwell, and elevators were dirty and not well maintained, but that did not impact the quality of the condo itself.”

“This property looked as described, clean and had a nice layout! Great views of the harbor. Our first time in the St Pete's area. The location of this property provided easy access to beach and Plenty of towels, and having the beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, fishing rod, cooler bag). not for us but a baby chair there as well. “We stayed in this lovely unit with a beautiful view of the marina for 3nt. We crossed the street to the beach and it was big, just a few people & was gorgeous! Check-in was easy, staff were kind & the unit was comfortable. Kristin was quick to respond and we had no issues. We would recommend this to anyone looking for lodging on St Pete’s. And don’t miss Doc Fords on Bay Pines Blvd in St Petersburg, it quickly became our favorite place to eat!”
