“Property was immaculate. Great views. Customer service responded quickly. Having a kitchen on site, parking, decent size fridge/freezer and coffee machine… all big bonuses. Only downside was the laundry machine and dryers were very small and even after drying for an hour our clothes were still wet. Overall, I would stay again but don’t depend on the laundry facilities being fast. 😅”

“Very cozy hotel, loved the staying, but would like to say two things I disliked: the indoor pool was cold, and in the bathroom shower, the water wasn´t hot enough. This are minor problems that can easily be solved.”

Desayuno bueno. ”

“Amazing Hotel, food was really good and the staff was very kind!”

“The hotel is centrally located in Funchal close to the mall, grocery store and the boardwalk. The kitchen is great with a full fridge to store snacks and water. The restaurant downstairs offer a fantastic lunch for great price of 12 euro. The included breakfast is awesome with a great al la carte section breads, cheese and fruit. All staff was great but Kaitalin was fabulous and created a beautiful driving tour for us along the coastline!”

“Hotel covers the basics but it’s too expensive vs what’s being offered”

“Excellent choice for a quality stay:) We chose this hotel to stay for our wedding and it was all amazing :)”

“One of the best experiences we have had traveling! Every detail was perfect and the staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about the Reserve- bests Ritz, St Regis and Four Seasons for customer service:-)”
