No ice maker, no hair dryer, no iron. If it is listed on the amenities, it needs to be there. The freezer on the bottom of the frig would not shut due to buildup of ice, then leaked on...

“This house, and the renters are awesome, all the little things like toiletries are stocked, would highly recommend”

“Very modern and tasteful decor. Many thoughtful touches such as fire wood and multiple fans available. Well stocked kitchen. Also had very quick and kind responses.”

“We had a great stay at the Urban Oasis! The home was just as pictured - very clean and comfortable for a weekend stay! Chloe was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely stay again when we visit Mankato again!”

“Great place to stay and so close to Kamp Dels!”

“Like staying at a resort! Very clean and newly updated throughout. The kitchen has all new and modern appliances with all the cooking utensils and cookware needed to cook any meal. This is by far the most well stocked kitchen we’ve seen at any rental. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms had great showers and everything else needed. The neighborhood is quiet but close enough to Mankato. Amy is a great host and provides a top notch house. ”
