“This property was perfect for our multi-aged family to use - lots of bedrooms and beds and plenty of living space! The yard was fenced for our dog, as well. The neighborhood is quiet, a nice area about 10-15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. The kids in our trip were especially excited for the playground and (free) wading pool across the street! Joe was very helpful with booking our stay and making sure things were clear and positive for our trip. We will definitely recommend this location to...

“We had a great time! Close to the beaches and pontoon rental. We were here on July 4th. We were able to see the fireworks from all directions on the dock. It was hot upstairs, but the the portable air conditioner and multiple fans it was doable. We loved seeing the original pictures and structure of the place and reading about its history. We will visit again!”

“The Modern Ski House was the perfect place for our family stay for our daughter’s wedding. The house had every amenity we could ask for. It was to prepare and serve family meals with a great kitchen and enough seating for 11 people. The bedrooms were so comfortable and especially nice to have 3 full bathrooms and a powder room. We enjoyed the sauna and the walking paths nearby were wonderful to allow the children to release their energy. Thank you for making our weekend so enjoyable.”

“Malik’s home was just right for our family! We did bring a couple of air mattresses as we have 5 boys. There was plenty of space and beds for everyone! We were able to spread out to relax and watch movies. The hot tub was a big hit! We used the kitchen for a couple of meals, which worked great. His communication was clear and prompt. ”
