The space
*Newly renovated, very clean and bright, spacious, quiet, absolute best location in the very HEART OF THE CITY, walking distance from everything, great lively- central -fun neighborhood, air conditioning, heater, Superfast Wifi, brand new modern appliances.

*My 42m2 1 bedroom apartment in Madrid is in a classic Madrid building from 1880!! My bother and my sister in law are arquitects and we've done a full renovation in the apartment keeping some of the old wood...

*Location, location, location... That's what you want when you visit a city, right? ☺ My place is in the very heart of Madrid, close to absolutely everything. You don't need to take public transportation because you'll walk to every site. Very close to all the major tourist attractions/metro stations. It's located on the central district, in Las Letras (also called Huertas), just above the super famous wine bar La Venencia (Hemingway's favorite place in the city) and in front of the first hotel that opened in Madrid.

And yes! The street is on Time Out's 2022 list of the 33 coolest streets in the WORLD. The only one in Madrid!! And the street is only 3 blocks long ;) To come up with the final ranking the factored food, drink, fun, art, culture, nightlife and community vibes.

*It's bright and spacious, but also very quiet (despite being in a very busy and active street and neighborhood). It has 4 windows which face 2 interior patios, so yes, super bright and super quiet.

*To get an idea... It's only a 3 minute walk away from la Puerta del Sol, which is considered the absolute center of Madrid and the country (the Km 0 of Spain is right there!!!)
So many restaurants, tapas bars, flamenco shows, theaters... just minutes (even seconds) away.

*KITCHEN: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, nespresso and regular coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, etc.
You'll find coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar, olive oil, etc.

You can walk everywhere.
If you bring a car, there's a parking 1 minute away (21€ per night for 3 nights stay). Nearest subway stations are SOL and SEVILLA.
Other things to note
*Please read the rules before booking. :)

*We can arrange a transfer from/to the airport for only 25€. Door to door.

*Check in/ check out: if no one is staying there before/ after you, it could be a flexible (sometimes it has an extra fee). If we have other guests, check-in is after 3pm and check out before 11am. However, you can leave your luggage inside while the cleaning is being done.

* It's a protected building so sadly no permissions for elevator. It's a 2nd floor WALK UP. Not a big deal at all in general, but it could be a problem for people with reduced mobility.

*We provide, if needed, laundry service and cleaning service during your stay. Mini daily cleaning for only 10€/20€ day.
