This modern studio offers a practical and stylish open-plan layout, perfect for couples or small groups. The space includes a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and the living area is designed for relaxation. The bathroom is divided into two areas: one with the WC and sink, and another with a spacious shower. There’s also a small pantry accessed through the bathroom for added convenience.

Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, heating, and a TV.

The studio also features a cozy seating area with a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space.

The bathroom includes essential amenities such as towels, a hairdryer, etc. The pantry is an additional feature for storage.

Although compact, the studio is designed to maximize comfort and efficiency, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay.

You`ll be within walking distance of local shops, cafes, and public transport, with the beautiful Parque del Retiro just 20 minutes away on foot.

The apartment is a short 20-minute public transport ride from central Madrid, providing easy access to iconic landmarks such as Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, and the Royal Palace. This location offers the perfect balance between city exploration and enjoying the tranquility of Madrid’s parks and residential areas.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, at ground level with direct access from the street.

The studio is open (no door or separation) and all rooms except the bathroom are in the same room. The only room with a door is the bathroom.

There is air conditioning and heating in the accomodation. Heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.

The accommodation is equipped with:

The total area of the property is 36m2.

For stays longer than 7 days, a complimentary cleaning and linen change will be provided.
For stays shorter than 7 days, guests can request an additional cleaning service for an extra fee, subject to availability
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
