Stylish Studio for two - Madrid Stay

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.

The studio is designed for two guests and features an open-plan layout with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with shower. The space has been recently renovated and offers a fresh, modern feel throughout.

The studio is equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and heating, a small fridge, and all the essentials for everyday use. The property also includes a washing machine located in an exterior utility gallery.

The accommodation is equipped with:

- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee — coffee machine
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper

- The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use, although the fridge is small, not regular size.

- The washing machine/dryer is located in an exterior gallery.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.

This property is intended exclusively for non-tourist stays. Reservations are only accepted for work, study, or health-related purposes.
Guests must provide supporting documentation proving the reason for their stay. Failure to provide the required documentation will mean that guests will not be permitted to stay at the property.
