Our modern apartment offers:

-Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. Both rooms feature spacious wardrobes for your belongings.

- A cozy living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, a TV, dining table with chairs, and air conditioning.

-Fully equipped kitchen with a vitroceramic stove, washing machine, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker with coffee, and all necessary kitchenware.

-A complete bathroom with a shower, equipped with essential amenities such as hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer.

-A closed terrace for enjoying a quiet moment, regardless of the weather.

This second-floor apartment (please note there is no elevator) is perfect for families or small groups looking for a comfortable and stylish stay.

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
