Vintage Design Flat in Madrid center

Este alojamiento se ofrece exclusivamente para alquiler de corta duración, destinado a estancias temporales justificadas. Con una decoración vintage, y pisos antiguos. El apartamento está totalmente equipado con todo lo que se necesita, consta de cama doble en la habitación y una cocina equipada , baño con ducha, Internet WiFi. Favor leer normas de la casa antes de reservar.

Tiene un pequeño patio interno para disfrutar su estancia.

Cualquiera de los miembros de mi equipo lo recibirá en el apartamento para darle las llaves y toda la información del apartamento y del área. Le pedimos amablemente que nos envíe toda la información antes de su llegada para que podamos organizar todo, y los numero de DNI o pasaporte de todos los invitados . Siempre estaremos en contacto durante su estancia en caso de que necesite algo, o si tienen alguna problema.

Favor cuidar las reglas de la casa y respetar el sueño de los vecinos. Cualquier tipo de fiestas están prohibida.
Está terminantemente prohibido fumar en la vivienda.

No se admiten mascotas, salvo acuerdo expreso con el arrendador.

Por respeto a la comunidad, se prohíben ruidos elevados entre las 22:00 y las 10:00 horas. Asimismo, no se permiten fiestas, eventos ni reuniones numerosas. El incumplimiento de esta norma podrá conllevar la cancelación inmediata de la reserva y del contrato, además de la posible intervención de las autoridades competentes.

Es obligatorio sacar la basura regularmente y evitar su acumulación en la vivienda durante la estancia.

I stayed for almost three weeks in this apartment on my own and had a pleasant experience. The flat is exactly as described and shown in the photos — comfortable, well-equipped, and cozy. It’s on the ground floor with a small patio; while it doesn’t get much direct sunlight, it remains a nice and welcoming space, even for a longer stay.The location is excellent — right in the multicultural neighborhood of Lavapiés, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars just across the street. Despite that, it’s set on a quieter junction, so noise was never an issue. It’s also conveniently situated near the edge of Lavapiés, making it less hilly and offering quick access to main streets and public transport.Communication with the host, Hans, was smooth and easy, and I really appreciated the cleaning service during my stay. Overall, it was the perfect place for my time in Madrid.

This place has everything you need for a comfortable stay - AC, TV, separate living room, dining room, & bed room, private bathroom with shower, fridge, kitchen with cookware, and washer. We felt safe in the area and the apartment is very close to major attractions, like museums, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, and Retiro Park. Big plus for us was it was only a 10 min walk to/from the Atocha train station. Hans is very helpful and responsive, which made our stay even better. He has provided us with guide books that helped us narrow down what to do and where to eat. Thank you so much, Hans!

4 nights at the end of a long trip

This was the perfect place to stay at the end of a long trip when we needed a nice home base for resting. The AC was amazing for breaks from the heat and the neighborhood had tons to do when we wanted to venture back out.

Lovely apartment in Madrid

A lovely and quiet apartment in Madrid, close to the main Atocha train station and Retiro park. Exactly as presented in the listing; no street noise; and easy communication with the hosts. Highly recommended.

Incredible Stay

Perfect location! Especially for the amount per night. Plenty of good restaurants and bars right around the corner and all walking distance to billet trains stations and attractions. I highly recommend also Hans is a great guest. Also a plus to have your own back area for breakfast outside and for drying clothes. Also Madrid was my favorite city compared to Toledo, Barcelona, and Spain. Can not recommend anymore than this spot. Also forgot to mention great air conditioning.

Recommend!

It is a small apartment but the way it has been laued out and furnished is very good. Very clean and everything up to a good standard. Excellent communication from the landlord and his daughter who met us at 21.30 on our arrival. The apartment felt very secure in a typical Spanish city area. Local bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Good metro links with a station 5 minutes away. We didn't use the metro until the last night when we had to travel further for a concert. We walked most places. I don't think you would regret booking a stay.

Quiet apartment in Madrid, close to Atocha train station

Nice, cute, clean, quiet apartment, close to coffee, food, and train to Toledo and Barcelona (walking distance to Atocha station). The property service personnel speak English and meet you in person to give you the keys and show you the place. You get one key for the inner door and one for the two outer doors. Make sure to ask for guidance on how to exit without having to unlock the two outer (auto-locked) doors (it's not obvious).Like most apartments in Madrid, the window looks into a brick wall -- in this case, the wall of a smallish patio, which had not been cleaned due to the persistent rain, so we did not use it, but it has a small table and two chairs.This is a vintage apartment on the ground (bajo) floor. The small hot water heater is enough for 2 showers. The European-style wet-floor open-door shower creates a water puddle on the tile floor, but that's typical for Europe. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining table has enough seats for 6.The place is far enough from the merry crowds downtown to be quiet, yet close enough to be within walking distance to Plaza Mayor and most tourist attractions.

Super convenient and easy

Property was clean and easy to access. Hosts were extremely communicative and helpful during checkin. Location was great, a short walk from the main downtown area but also with lots of food and infrastructure around. Great spot!

Beau séjour malgré le départ sous une panne majeure électrique en Espagne.Notre hôte a été super gentil de nous attendre du au long retard.Tout était très bien.Le seul bémol pour nous le balcon est situé en arrière et non sur la rue où se passe l’action.Appartement identique au photos,propre et lit confortable.Manque de rien.

Stylish Apartment and Fun Location

We enjoyed this apartment and being able to walk to cafes and restaurants. It is decorated very cute with patio for fresh air. Great kitchen with washing machine and everything you need! The bedroom is small but it’s only for sleeping and Madrid is for having fun! Hans was a great host and very helpful.

Perfect Location

Valentina was very thorough with the instructions for the flat. She answered all of our questions promptly.The property was well kept and sufficiently supplied.We found plenty of places to eat in the area. A couple of recommended bakeries were close and we also found a favorite place for coffee.

Hidden Gem

The place was really cozy and well maintained. The little patio was nice. The apartment has everything needed to have a good stay. Communication was easy with the owner.It also has access to supermarket, bakery, and the train station in walking distance. We also walked to the major tourist point. Great place to stay.

Walkable, tons of food and attractions

Great private apartment for two with everything we needed for the week. Walkable within 20 minutes to many great attractions and 5 minutes to a huge variety of restaurants, metro stop, and 24-hour grocery store. Hosts were very accommodating to our arrival time and met us on site to explain check out, appliances, etc. Would absolutely recommend!

Convenient, cozy, and quiet

My 2nd time at this property because: clean, well-equipped and close to Metro, 24 hour supermarket, downtown shopping and theater. There are tons of nearby restaurants and bars but I self catered and the kitchen had everything. I would say this is ideal for one person. Two would be a tight fit.

Great Space in a Great Are

The apartment was wonderful and looked just like the photographs. The hosts were great and very accommodating when they could be and were very communicative. They were pleasant to deal with and friendly. The neighborhood is great. You can walk to the heart of Madrid in 20 minutes or Walk five minutes to the metro & in 2 stops you’re there. I will definitely try to stay there again on my next visit to Madrid!
