Beautiful apartment totally new and renovated for 4 people.

It has a main bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed.

It has a fully equipped kitchen and all the necessary lectrodomestics.

The accommodation has all the necessary amenities to enjoy your stay.

The location is fantastic, They are located in Madrid RIO, next to the river Manzanares, in a landscaped and beautiful area to enjoy Madrid.

The accommodation also includes a fully equipped kitchen, which will allow you to prepare your own meals during your stay.

The accommodation is arranged for 4 people, with a master bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and a full bathroom for your use, arranged with all the necessary amenities.

Guests have access to the entire property.

The services included are bed linen, towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo, toilet and kitchen paper, coffee, disinfected cleaning kit and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils.

Airbnb availability.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor and has direct access from the street. It is a very quiet neighborhood but you might hear some noise during the stay as they are at street level and its accessibility is total.

The spaces are designed to give spaciousness and the rooms do not have a door, they are open to the dining room.

However, the bathroom does have a door to give more privacy.

The apartment is in a unique location, you can go walking to the areas around the river, where you can enjoy beautiful gardens and parks such as Arganzuela Park and Madrid Rio Beach

If you want to go to places that are not nearby we recommend you to take the subway, the nearest station is Legazpi.

The apartment is very well communicated.if you want to go to the city center or emblematic places you can take the subway or the bus.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, at ground level. It is accessed by the street and when you open the door you are already in the apartment.

The property has decibel detector.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
