The big problem we faced was that the apartment did not belong to the host but to a third party, which we did not know. The check in was terrible. We had an ill baby with us and the check in instructions we got were mistaken. We called the number we were given and someone was supposed to wait outside the apartment with the keys, which apparetntly was incorrect.I called as agreed from the taxi and only then I realized we are in trouble. The person told to stay outside and wait for someone to call! Imagine this!!! He said someone will come in an hour...Finally after 4 phone calls we arrived and someone over the phone gave us the codes to the apartment which we should have gotten at time of reservation. That was the worst-ever experience I had and I travel at least 25 times a year. The apartment itself is amazing. The only bad thing about it is the connection between teh air condition in teh living room and the bedroom, so it was too hot in the bedroom when the living room air condition was ON.
