“When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. Probably won’t stay...

“This property is pretty clean, but very minimal. It isn’t “luxury” as listed in the title. There are few supplies such as hand soap or basics in the kitchen. The two bedrooms have reasonably comfortable beds, but no lamps or end tables to accommodate charging phones or putting anything down. The “sleeper sofa” is the kind where you push the ottoman against the sofa and not suitable for two people and uncomfortable at best for one. “Nice, welcoming, and clean place! About a 3 minute walk to beautiful views of Manhattan island across the Hudson river, and 20 minute bus ride to Times Square (views from there are beautiful as well). Host is also very friendly and communicative :) ”

“This place was not fancy, but it was clean, welcoming, comfortable and convenient. We needed a roomy apartment where out of town family could convene to spend time with our new grand daughter--without invading the new parents. This was a great "hub" that allowed for everyone to visit as if we live locally.”
