“We stayed for three nights, and really enjoyed pottering round Rye and mornings on the beach. Robin Hill is a wonderful place to stay, a welcoming and comfortable family home. Communication was excellent, the house very clean, and it was so nice to stay somewhere with character and history in equal measure! Many thanks :)”

“Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here)...

“To start with, there was absolutely no information given upon confirmation of the booking about how to access the property, so I had to call the owner who eventually called back with the code to the key safe. When I entered the property it soon became clear that the listing for this property is completely misleading. It says that you're booking the "Entire place...You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party." As I was travelling alone, I...

“Handy for everything.”

“We had the most amazing stay. The property is beautifully decorated outside as well as the inside. Will make the perfect stay with family or friends. Extra bonus is we were able to swim in the river using our own pontoon. Cant recommend enough!”

“House was OK with adequate facilities, except microwave. Problem was we had absolutely no instructions for the operation of any of them. The dryer had an isolation switch (un labelled) that someone turned off and it took us some time to discover the reason for it not operating. The dish washer also failed to run properly and we believe it was due to a blocked filter. We hadn't used it initially so didn't discover the problem until near the end of our stay.”
