“The host was kind, welcoming and extremely responsive. Attentive to each and every detail and amenity to make my stay delightful. What a perfectly appointed apartment with warm, decorative touches and every "extra" to satisfy my needs and those of my four-legged furry companion. Spic and span, quiet, comfy and absolutely perfect. I'd recommend with reservation!”

“Very dirty nothing is as it looks in the photos you enter and the first impression is the dirty carpets it smells bad in the whole hallway the bathroom towels were dirty”

“Staff was wonderful! Continental breakfast was tasty. Microwave is available in lobby but not in rooms. Very nice hotel!”

“It was adequate but the property needs some TLC. Broken wooden step, lack of hot water, missing exposed light sockets in bathroom, just two towels, misc clutter on path to cottage, derelict vehicles blocking driveway. . ”

“My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. We brought most of Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and sides) with us, so the full refrigerator was perfect to store everything...
