“Reservé la habitación a través de hoteles.com, y no es un hotel, es un Airbnb. No tienen recepción y hay que llamar para hacer check in para que alguien entregue las llaves. Llamé 3 veces para que finalmente encontraran mi reservación. ”

“マレーシアペナン島で一番安い個室ホテルなので予約しました。 チェックインまで30分も待たされましたがチェックインのスタッフが待合室(ロビー)で待ってる俺に歩み寄ってきてチェックイン手続きができました ペナン島の港からも近く徒歩圏内なのでアクセスがいいと言えます”

“Beautiful hotel in an old restored house. 10 min walking from Komtar. Good wifi. It is important to know that bathrooms are outside the room. Every room has its own bathroom buy you have to walk outside the room to reach it. They tried to give me a room just beside the reception( 2 single beds)though I booked a queen bedroom.After waiting for 40 min and after several calls they decided to upgrade. Anyway that room shouldn't be offered.”
