“Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall.”

When we arrived at the hotel and contacted with the Agent, we were told that NO ROOM was lept for us and we were told to Grab to another hotel for 2 days (which was much poor in terms of facilities, even no micro-wave oven was provided and broken bed) for checking in.
