“家族5人旅行で4泊利用しました。ショッピングモール内のホテルなので食事や生活用品をすぐに購入できてとっても便利でした。モール内のレストランで食事も可能で小さな子連れに快適でした。部屋はとても清潔で異臭などもありません。洗濯機があるので洗濯もできます。洗剤も置いてあります。フロント対応 も非常に親切でした。セキュリティが厳重で安心でした。クアラルンプールに再訪したらまた利用します。”

“I tried to follow their specific instructions for check-in but once I got there, there were still a bad process. I had to text my confirmation again to some whatsapp number. Once I finally got that resolved then they texted me a link requiring a "Security" deposit to a different website, which did not work for me.
Once I got to the apartment, there were dead and living cockroaches all over. Don't turn out the lights! 5 minutes of lights off and back on and you will get roaches. I had to sleep...

“View was awesome and comes with 4 rooms, each with double beds. 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom are nicely equipped and clean. One downside was only one keycard to get in and out of the property and have to be together as a family.”

“The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable.
After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. Despite raising our concerns at the time, the matter was not resolved to our satisfaction.

“Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall.”
