“Great place located in the heart of Lugano. We visited our son who was enrolled in the Linking Lives program at Hostel Montarino. This unit was close enough and easy to get to the train station. The unit was clean! We couldn’t figure out the washer/dryer but that’s our fault. Communication was good but not great and we never got checkout instructions so I hope we left according to the owners expectations. Would certainly stay here again if we have the opportunity to come back to Lugano!”

For example no indication of WHERE to take rubbish. WiFi never worked, even though I reported the problem in the first day.
