CHALET CON PISCINA SALINA, PISTA DE TENIS Y RAQUETAS.

Precioso chalet situado en el idílico pueblo de Alaró, con vistas a la montaña en pleno corazón de la Serra de Tramuntana, de 150 metros cuadrados en una parcela de 3.550 metros cuadrados totalmente vallado y en una zona muy segura, rodeado de naranjos, cipreses, rosales, higueras, olivos y perales. Situado justo a la salida del pueblo, lo cuál le hace poseer las ventajas de estar cerca del pueblo pero a su vez fuera en una zona muy tranquila y familiar.
Consta de 3 habitaciones dobles todas con aire acondicionado (1 de ellas con capacidad para 2 adultos más 2 niños), 2 baños completos, 6 - 8 personas.
Amplia cocina totalmente equipada y amplio salón con aire acondicionado y con cómodo sofá-cama para 2 personas y smart tv.
Terraza cubierta de 80 metros cuadrados más terraza descubierta de 120. Zona de césped natural de 140 metros cuadrados.
Orientación sur.
Barbacoa exterior, piscina de 8x4 metros nueva a estrenar, pista de tenis profesional, césped.
Párking para 3 coches. Servicio de jardín y piscina, Wifi gratuito , posibilidad de raquetas de tenis.
A 5 min andando de la plaza del pueblo, dónde se encuentran, bares, restaurantes, panaderías, supermercado, bancos, farmacia, etc. No es necesario coche.
Un auténtico paraíso para los amantes del tenis ya que podrán disponer de la pista profesional durante toda su estancia las 24 horas del día, también hay que destacar que todos los muebles son nuevos a estrenar y toda la zona exterior, con la piscina nueva de este año a estrenar y todo su entorno de hamacas, césped, barbacoa, terrazas, naranjos, etc. Ideal para familias con niños.
También es destacable para excursionistas, ciclistas, amantes de la naturaleza que deseen conocer el verdadero corazón de Mallorca.

Realmente GENIAL

Hemos estado en una casa mejor de lo esperado en un entorno fantastico y unas instalaciones muy bien cuidades. Solo agradecer al anforrion Andres por ser una persona de trato muy proximo y muy agradable. Sin duda recomiendo esta casa a quien busque tranquilidad y naturaleza.

Perfect host, perfect place

We stayed with 8 people. That was maybe a bit crowded, but our fault. All in all it was a great stay. Andres even provided us with tennis balls and rackets. He was the perfect host and it was the perfect place. We will definitely come back

A wonderful active break

This house was the perfect location for our active family (3 young boys). The tennis court and pool are a perfect combination - and fresh oranges from the orchard were such a treat. The house has been very thoughtfully prepared as a holiday home, which is not always the case. Alaro is a very pretty village and an easy walk in for dinner and gelato. Many thanks to Andres for our stay.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage mit sehr viel Platz und voller Ausstattung. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und war sauber. Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns, auf Wunsch, sogar ein Geburtstagskuchen gebracht. Ich kann die Fewo vollumfänglich empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Finca in ruhigem Ort in der Nähe von Palma

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Alaró ist ein kleines Dorf in der Nähe von Palma was alles hat. Wir waren Ende Oktober da und konnten immer noch den Pool nutzen. Es war alles genau wie beschrieben und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Andres war sehr angenehm und sehr hilfreich. Vielen Dank wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Fantastic villa in Alaro

This is our third trip to Mallorca and we were really impressed by both the villa and the town of Alaro. In many years of self catering holidays we thought this was the best equipped villa we have ever stayed in - we struggled to think of anything it was missing. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like wine, olives and marmalade left for us to enjoy, plenty of towels, dishwasher tablets, loo roll, tin foil etc to last our whole stay. Pool is lovely and well attended to. Tennis court was a hit! The orchard was a lovely surprise and my daughters loved collecting fruit and making fresh orange juice and lemonade. The surrounding mountains are beautiful but running up them isn’t for the faint hearted... All necessary amenities (bakery, petrol station, small supermarket) are all within walking distance. We enjoyed walking into town for excellent pizza and ice cream. Andres and Gabriel were very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend.

Entsprach genau der Beschreibung

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen, sauberen und modernen Finca. Highlights sind die große Terrasse und der Tennisplatz mit Flutlicht. Die Beschreibung entsprach der Realität. Einzige kleine Einschränkung ist, dass man einen Mietwagen benötigt, da große Supermärkte 15min entfernt sind. Die Supermärkte im Ort reichen für einen schnellen Einkauf aus.

Perfect for our group of 5

We were a Family of five. Two of us in our 50s and three boys between ages 18–21. The tennis court and pool were fantastic. The home is newly renovated and very comfortable. It is definitely a place we would come back to. Also, our host, Andres, was very kind and was able to answer all our questions. We felt that if we had any issues, Andres would be very attentive and assist us.

Perfect Place to enjoy the beautiful island

Andrés and his son are absolute adorable, very helpful and lovely. Communication at it‘s best! I rented the House for the second time and will definitaly come back again. Also worth mentioning is the renovated upper floor with a new bathroom and modern rooms.

We spent a week at this amazing villa. It really was one of the best holidays properties we have stayed in. Everything inside and outside was very clean and the whole place was equipped with everything you could possibly want. The oranges and lemons in the orchard were in season and we had freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. The tennis court was a real bonus and rackets were provided. Andrés came to see us and brought some delicious marmalade. We will definitely return to this lovely property and would highly recommend it.

FAMILY HOLIDAY

Samen met mijn broer en zussen heb ik een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Het huis was schoon, de bedden waren fijn, de tuin het zwembad en de tennisbaan waren super netjes en verzorgd. We konden verse sinaasappels en citroenen plukken uit de bomen uit de tuin. De eigenaar is heel erg vriendelijk en we hebben een top tijd gehad. Ik zou dit huis zeker aanraden als je een vakantie wil met vrienden, of met je gezin, of met familie.

Fantastic home, perfect peaceful surroundings

Amazing property. Everything well thought out and catered for. Highlights absolutely are the tennis court and stunning surrounds. We stayed 6 adults and 2 teens. Well equipped all around, nice comfortable kitchen, driveway big enough for 2 cars. 11 minute walk to nearest supermarket and pizzeria. 6 min walk to petrol station and local donner kebab shop. Great location for walks and hikes to the castle. Communication with the owner was great, easy check in and check out process. Areas that could be improved: WiFi is ok. It’s not lighting fast so if playing Netflix on multiple devices, will struggle. There is 1 tv in the living room. If you are TV viewers, note there is only 1 TV. Swimming pool is beautiful but not heated. Other than that, everything is wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Alles Fantastisch

Das Ganze Haus und die Anlage haben wir genauso wie auf den Fotos vorgefunden. Alles war wunderbar und Andres ein wirklich sehr netter und toller Gastgeber. Können uns gut vorstellen nochmal dort Urlaub zu machen.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist wirklich toll um Urlaub auf Mallorca zu machen! Der Außenbereich ist super und man kann sich immer wieder in dem schönen Pool abkühlen. Den Tennisplatz haben wir viel genutzt. Ist ein typischer Outdoor-Hardcourt - die Flutlichter sind auch toll, wenn man mal etwas später spielen möchte :) Andres hat uns super nett empfangen und man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben. Er versucht seinen Gästen immer alle Wünsche zu erfüllen

Our stay was great! You can rent this house with your eyes closed, all the facilities are of qualities, the house was super clean and we had everything at our disposal: towels, sheets, shower gels... Andres was even kind enough to prepare fig jams from his garden. Everything is very well maintained, the terrace and the outside are consistent with the photos and our expectations. We strongly appreciated the pool and the lighted tennis court which allows to play at night. Andrés was very good advice and very welcoming. The area is beautiful, I still advise you to have a car on site to move more easily. We will relive in this house with pleasure! Thanks again

A perfect stay in Alaro

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The villa was immaculately cleaned and maintained. The tennis court and pool likewise. We enjoyed the floodlit tennis court and barbecue in the evenings. Alaro town is a 10 minute walk and offers reallynice quality bars, cafes and restaurants. Andres was the perfect host. He showed us round and made sure we knew how everything worked on our arrival. The nicest and most unexpected touch was that the villa was completely stocked with everything we would need and eliminated the need to rush to a supermarket for essentials.

Amazing villa with everything you need and more

We spent 10 days at this beautiful villa, it has everything you need and more to enjoy an amazing time in Mallorca. Very clean and fully equipped, you don't need to worry about anything. Andres is such an amazing host, we arrived very late and he was there waiting for us, with thoughtful details (homemade orange jam by his wife, wines and coffee). Our kids enjoy the pool, tennis court and he even had there for them bikes and many other toys. Location is great, less than 30 mins from Palma and many of the main cities ( Soller, Valldemossa, Fortnalux and Pollença) We hope we can come back next year!
