“The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in the disabled access room which was very good. The only thing we would say is the the toilet is very low for a disabled person, even with the grab bars. ”

“Staff very friendly and helpful ”

“The staff we encountered, and another we asked for help with heating, were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were plentiful, although no fruit or brown bread was offered. Toast was offered, but with no suitable crockery. Not enough plug sockets in the bedroom and what were on offer, were not all usable ! Heating was provided in the room - although with no instructions - which proved necessary. Bathroom facilities were good and clean. Parking was plentiful. It was odd that a decaf coffee option...

“Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. “Cooked breakfast good, continental breakfast limited choice. Service a bit slow. Room excellent, coffee machine a bonus, biscuits, coffee etc always replenished each day. Parking plentiful location good, very easy to travel to other locations in the county. ”

“We stayed in a basic room, which would benefited from updating / refurbishment. There were areas i.e. the corridors. Restaurant and bar food was only available from 6:30 pm, which was a little inconvenient as we had traveled to the hotel from Cheshire and had booked to attend the theatre in the university. The staff provided an excellent service friendly, approachable and helpful.”
