“The location of this house is spectacular! Beautiful view of the Intercostal ! I was so excited to share this house with friends and family. There were several things that were not what I would have expected to encounter in a home of this stature. There were at least 3 chairs and a sofa that were badly soiled. Drawers in the kitchen were dirty with someone else’s crumbs. I have a dog and I know how important it is to pick up after her but upon my arrival, I was checking things out and noticed...

“The property is in a very quiet area with few neighbors. The home is as good if not better than the pictures and very clean. Owner's local contact is super-responsive. We spent many mornings on the pool deck sipping mimosas and watching the sunrise over the canal. Peaceful, relaxing, and a short distance to town for shopping. A half hour to Venice and gulf beaches. ”

“This property had everything you could possibly need and more. The salt water pool was lovely the water was so soft on your skin and did not take the colour out of your swimwear. The panoramic lanai made watching the wild life so much better like a big tv screen. Margreth has added lots of little extras which made all the difference. We have stayed in many villas over the last 30 years and this one has been the best.”
