“The host is the worst ever. He does not provide dryer for your wet clothes and you can not use chair outside the property because you are violating rules , the vacancy is for 6 and they only have one parking spot , you We have been spy all vacation by him through the cámaras he said we can not smoke outside the property, he also argue that we left one beer bottle on patio and said that we have to clean before leave and that is what we did we left the property clean and neat everything was super...

My only recommendation is maybe some more lighting to help the pathway from the driveway to the door but I have absolutely no complaints. “We had a wonderful day at Lisa‘s place in Siesta Key. The location was fantastic. Very short, walk to the beach and to the village. Lisa was very attentive to our needs and responsive when we needed something. We would definitely stay again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was about 7 minutes away from the closest beach and conveniently located close to grocery stores. The pool was well maintained and clean. The home was clean and comfortable. I read previous reviews about stinky water and AC issues, but we didn’t experience any of that. I would stay here again. ”

“We loved this house. We celebrated a cousins 50th birthday and had so much fun. The location is close to all restaurants and beach. The golf cart was so fun to use. The house is nicely stocked with necessary items, pool noodles and toys. There was everything needed for the beach.The most important part was the owners were very responsive to all questions. We look forward to coming and staying here again.”

“House had everything you would need for a week at the Beach. ”

“Property was very dated. Noisy street location for the guest bedroom; master was fine. Property is located in a good condo complex. Private beach not crowded at all. Set in a very lush tropical garden. Not what we expected but adequate for our visit. If the new owner is going to continue to rent he needs to perform some major renovations/updates.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the cutest house in Venice! Felt like the perfect getaway for my boyfriend and I. The house was very updated, super clean and we honestly felt at home right away. The pool and backyard area were the icing on the cake - we spent so much time relaxing in the water and enjoying the cozy outdoor space. 10/10 would recommend staying here! We definitely plan to book here again for a future getaway. ”
