“This property offers an excellent location and comfortable accommodations. However, sound carries easily between units due to thin walls. During our stay, we experienced noise from neighboring guests who didn't observe the quiet hours, and being on the ground floor, we could hear foot traffic from other guests throughout the night.”

“Great little place just steps from the boardwalk and ocean. Communication with the host was fantastic. Outdoor shower was a plus. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“Nice, clean apartment very good location steps from the beach and within walking distance to good food and shops. The residents in the apartment above us were quite noisy into after midnight and they had a dog that barked and cried when they left it alone. Overall though this place is a good place to stay.”

“Location is perfect, walking distance to everything and a quiet neighborhood. Great for kids, playground on the block, near bay beach, fishing piers and a Stewarts. Walking distance to north end of boardwalk, plenty to do for kids and adults, beach is beautiful especially great for kids at low tide. Owner was gracious and responsive, unit was pretty well stocked and clean and cozy. Accurate to listing. Can't wait to come back next year!”
