“Tim was a great host. We really enjoyed our time at the B & B. He cares about his guests and enjoys sharing his knowledge of the area. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. We would not hesitate to stay there again if driving through the area. ”

“Great place to stay in the Little Apple! Availability is wonderful when KSU games are played away and bigger KSU functions are not in play. If you choose a weekend for big functions and games - book extra early advance. Clean, comfortable and great staff. If you are a late check in (after 11:00pm) be mindful of your surroundings as there were sketchy people walking, biking and driving around the lots (there are 2 other hotels next door) and the parking lot lighting for all is very low and dark. ”

“Tuvimos un mal final... todo estaba bien la cama el baño la gente amable. Pero al salir de la habitación mi hija olvido sobre la cama la campera y al llegar al aeropuerto me pregunto si yo había guardado, como salimos apuradas.... llamamos al hotel a pedir nos guarden y dijeron que no estaba! La campera desapareció. Era una campera sencilla.... pero el hecho no me parece bueno.”

“Love the vibe , super cute, very clean , as my kids would say “very cutesy , very demure!” 😁 we love it here! It rained and the trees are giving all the Fall Vibes! We don’t want to leave! 10/10 Would definitely come back to this little spot! ”
