“Clean, quiet, safe, good parking. Basic and affordable. No complaints. Easy to walk to downtown. ”

“The Owner was very friendly and she even had us check in earlier. We came long distance and arrived earlier. I was asking if we could park there already and come back at 2pm for check in. She said we can get in already. That was so sweet and we absolutely appreciated it. The hotel is older but it is kept in good conditions and it is very clean.. it would profit from some minor fixes. In the bathroom was just the bulb no glass over it. I also think the lightbulbs in the room should be lighter it...

“The property was livable but old. Major problem with our stay was the bombardment of texts and emails stating the Draconian check out time penalties over and over and over again. Not worth enduring the bombardment. Stay somewhere else!”

“A very nice property. Our room was a lot smaller than I expected. The two tiny metal chairs were super uncomfortable. Adirondack chairs or some kind of chair outside each room would be nice. Ever thought of hanging flowers or a few flower pots out front? I never could get cold water out of the sink. Shower was great. Fridge, though tiny, was appreciated. ”

Soda Springs Park is right in front of the house and Manitou Springs shops and restaurants--and Miramont Castle--are in walking distance right down the street. Other area attractions are a short drive away.The Carriage House is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, and I can't wait for my next stay!”

“My Husband, and two kids stayed here for a weekend. It was a lovely stay. Gorgeous, quaint house. Loved swinging on the front porch and just taking in the views. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops and the arcade. Close to everything. I love taking spring water home with me! Great communication with owner. The bed was a bit stiff, just bring some extra pillows and blankets if you like softer bedding like me! Kitchen had everything you’d need to cook in. Would definitely stay here again!”
