The cottage was exactly as described, with everything we needed in the kitchen and a comfortable couch and wonderful fenced in back yard. The location was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

The shared property is perfectly located in a quiet area between the beach and primary restaurants/shops. Communication from the owner was responsive with check-in procedures. We appreciated the dog friendly property and well stocked provisions. Bedding is always subjective, but we found it too soft/outdated and need of an upgrade. We didn’t have the opportunity to take advantage of the bikes and outdoor equipment offered, but appreciated it being available. A good option in Manzanita.

Great location

House is perfect for 2-4 people. Clean, great location (one block walk to beach access), lovely backyard area. Could use better pillows and bedding - felt quite old and used. Could also use better outside chairs - cheap and flimsy, with one that was broken and caused a fall. Communication with owners was slower than I’ve experienced with other VRBO homes.

Quiet and comfortable cottage conveniently located

We stay in Manzanita fairly frequently. The location of this nicely appointed cottage is exceptionally convenient to both the ocean and the main street in town. The property managers were easy to reach and answered all our questions promptly. We only have one minor criticism. The heater fan, particularly in the bathroom is very loud. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beach getaway

We loved this sweet little place. It was perfect for us and our dog- big closed in yard with sunny deck. Close to the beach and town. House was fully stocked. The property manager was super helpful and accommodating. And we hit it lucky with perfect weather.

Hummingbird haven

The only complaint that I can come up with would be the weather. But when you are on the Oregon coast in November, you get what you get. As for the property, our expectations were exceeded. Clean, bright, and everything worked. A well stocked kitchen, warm beds and lots of hot water. In addition, there is a large picture window that looks out into a courtyard of plants with hummingbirds darting about and feeding on the viburnum flowers.

Wonderful!

The house was in a great location- super close to town and the beach. The backyard was relaxing and offered plenty of options for whatever weather the coast brought. Dog friendly, too! We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful place close to the ocean

Our family stayed here for spring break. The house was cute, clean and packed full with almost everything you could need. Host was helpful and responsive. A short walk will get you to a beautiful beach or to restaurants, shops and even a winery. We definitely would like to come back. A great option for a fantastic area!
