  • One bedroom and one 1/2 baths nicely decorated. Cute and super clean. Tile floors throughout. Kitchen fully equipped. Wi-fi internet, cable tv, & DVD player. Living room has couch with queen size pull out bed. Located directly on deep turquoise Flow through canal, with views of Vaca Cut and Atlanta ocean.
    Swimming, snorkeling, fishing, right off the dock with colorful tropical fishes. Fish cleaning station, swimming ladder, & shower on the private dock. Large concrete /tile dock has great afternoon shade. Sit & watch the boats go by while sipping on a cold drink.
    Two sliding patio doors walk out to the dock. Has a private court yard with BBQ grill, table & chairs.
    Washer & dryer available in laundry room.
    Large commercial fishing charter boats within walking distance. Captain Hook’s for bait, tackle, boat rentals, etc. Curry’s coffee & smoothies around the corner.
    Great location. You will not be disappointed!
    Just bring your fishing pole & flip flops!

We had a great time, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely plan to stay again. Communication with Lian was excellent, she was very responsive with questions and her home had everything we needed for our week’s stay.We caught lots of fish and enjoyed beautiful nights out on the deck.Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home.

Great location right on a canal. Fishing was really good. The cottage had everything we could need. Overall, the place was pretty clean except for the pots and pans. They had a layer of old grease or oil which we had to clean before using.

Everything was as described. Right on the water with plenty of dock fishing and easy access to the water. Walking distance to Marathon Lady, Two Conchs and bait stores. Very friend local neighbors and comfortable stay next to the Cut.

Outstanding villa on a salt water canal— charming cottage decor, great view, private patio to BBQ on

Outstanding experience, GREAT location in Marathon , close to Sombrero Beach ( a 5 star , quiet wonder ), and Dolphin Experience, Research Center. Great grocery store and great restaurants nearby.

We loved sitting on the deck and watching the boats, pelicans and manatees. The location is convenient for getting to other keys north and south. Be sure to try the pizza truck on the corner. Best pizza ever! The bed has a very soft, thick memory foam mattress. This unit has good AC but does not have heat which is rarely needed in the keys. We just happened to hit a cold snap. The kitchen was equipped with essentials. We would stay here again.

Great location

Perfect spot for couples with a boat. We rented an 18 foot boat for the week and had a blast fishing and exploring the reefs. The canal is a nice place to relax after a day on the water.

Amazing stay

We booked this one because of the location near Vaca Cut and the dockage out back…….and we’re NOT disappointed. We made full use of the dock, grill & patio areas for a really relaxing vacation. I will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit.

We loved the place - spent a lot of time on the channel. The place was clean and comfortable we thought we were getting a king size bed but that was not the case - other then that everything was perfect!

Amazing Cottage

We had such an amazing time! This was the perfect place for our vacation. The cottage was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. It was great being able to fish just outside your door! This place is convenient to everything. We definitely will be back!

Sportsman’s Paradise

This property was perfect for what we wanted for our vacation!! The Two Conches marina is right around the corner, accommodates for fuel, accessible by boat, and carried everything needed for our stay! There was an ice machine a block away that provides bulk ice which is always a plus! No boat needed to fully enjoy ALL the keys has to offer right here from the private sea wall!!! The owner is very nice, very friendly and accommodating! Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Little Venice, Marathon

We had a wonderful time. Fished every night off the deck, and caught some too! Perfect if you have a boat ,easy access to bay and ocean. Checkin was easy. Communication with owner was prompt. Would love to stay again!

Fishing trip

Visited with a buddy for a week of fishing. The house is in a great spot with easy access to everything. Restaurants close by and a bait shop right up the street. Fishing in the back canal was a lot of fun as well. Caught snappers grunts and a small hogfish. We will be back for sure

Great canal vibe and cute fresh interior, very roomy!

Was our first stay and it was great sitting by the canal and relaxing at night, Very private and fully furnished. Didn't need at thing. 1 and a 1/2 bathrooms with large flat screen.

Our 30yr anniversary at this little dockside retreat was perfect in too many ways to list!! The dock was perfect for our boat and gave us easy access to everything we wanted to do. Whether it was snorkeling or spearfishing or trolling the mangroves it was all within a 10 minute to 20 minute boat ride. The facility has perfect amenities and everything was well kept. The only drawbacks that I could list and I have to dig deep for them, would be bring your own propane tank for the grill so that you’re not stuck having to fill the whole tank and some slippers for the tile floor. There’s plenty of room for two people, and it is well supplied with quality product and kitchen cupboard supplies.

Beautiful little place

We enjoyed being able to fish from the dock right outside the patio doors. It was great weather and we loved that almost everything we needed was there and ready. Lian was very accommodating and answered quickly on any issue. (there were none). The only complaint I have and it's not a real big thing is that the chairs were not real comfortable. More cushions would have been nice on the outside chairs. After a few hours of fishing it was rough on the backside. Overall it was really nice and we would come back. Great place

Great Little Fishing Hole!

Property was as described. Clean and ice cold air. It was perfect for me and my husband. Plenty of space for us, but the best part, for us, was the private dock. That is where we spent our days and evenings. It was nice to fish and then go in to cool down when it got too hot or go inside for a bite to eat. After a nice little break, we were back at it. We caught lots of mangrove snapper, including a 17" one - most were 12" though. Other fish caught were Jack Crevalle, Blue Runners, lots of different bait fish, and a 7 foot nurse shark which we landed with the help of our large bridge net. We had a great time and would rent again.
