Cozy Home!!!!

  • Recientemente renovado medio dúplex en una calle tranquila en Marathon. Convenientemente ubicado en el corazón de Marathon, en un canal a pocos pies del océano abierto. Esta casa está ubicada en el barrio residencial de Sombrero Beach, a menos de 1 milla de la playa. La playa Sombrero es considerada una de las mejores playas de los Cayos de Florida. También cerca de Publix, Kmart y muchos excelentes restaurantes Fl Keys.

    Esta propiedad tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, un dormitorio (el principal) tiene una cama queen size y el otro tiene dos camas queen size, capacidad para 6 personas. Ambos tienen colchón de espuma de memoria y los dos dormitorios tienen televisión por cable.

    La cocina completamente equipada y actualizada cuenta con encimeras de cuarzo, nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Sala de estar cuenta con hermosas vistas al mar. En el exterior, puede continuar disfrutando de las vistas al océano desde las sillas de la piscina y en la cubierta tiene un área de descanso para disfrutar del hermoso amanecer y el atardecer de los Cayos de Florida.

Very clean, kids liked the pool and I liked that there 2 queen beds in second bedroom. Location was perfect.

Great property with a nice clean pool right out the back patio door. The property was just as described in the pictures. Easily on EOD the nicest accommodating hosts we've ever had. My family loved it here. We definitely want to come back someday.

Beautiful house, clean, great communication. Perfect to pull the boat up to and a great little swimming pool to cool off in! We’ve stayed in multiple places in the Keys and this spot was our favorite. Close to good restaurants and the grocery store… Ivette is wonderful- perfect host! Thank you for having us - we can’t wait to come back again!

Location was great! Enjoyed fishing from the dock and sunning by the pool. Owners attentive and checked in. Great time we would definitely return.

We had the best time at Ivette’s place! Wonderful location - quiet and peaceful but 5 minutes from grocery stores. Very clean and nicely decorated. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and playing in the heated pool. Ivette was extremely responsive anytime I had a question. We can’t wait to come back!

House was clean and well equipped with great views. It’s in a great location, we walked to sombrero beach one day. No issues with anything but the host messaged to make sure everything was going good. Would definitely stay here again.

Minutes from shopping and 5 Star Restaurants, view was beautiful and the neighborhood was laid back and quiet. Looking forward to book again…

Beautiful Area

Vaca Key is the perfect place to stay! It’s close to Sombrero Beach, Publix, great restaurants and the gym. The duplex we rented was clean, had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to our needs. We are renting from her again next year! It’s the perfect place to relax, escape from the snow and enjoy the beautiful warm weather!

Great Marathon Rental

We really enjoyed this rental which is located on a quiet street, close to Sombrero Beach and restaurants. Another plus is that we were able to use two kayaks to cruise around the coastline. The host was always quick to respond to our communications. The information guide at the rental also very helpful in seeing the area.

Christmas Vacation

Our family loves this property. This is our second time staying here. Clean and close to the beach, grocery store restaurants. Enjoyed fishing in the canal. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Summer trip

The house was absolutely beautiful!! My 7 year old and 15 year old both loved the place. Quiet and very relaxing!! Hope we get to stay there again!!!!

Great location

This is the perfect location for a vacation. The house fit our family of four well. We spent a lot of time outside in the back yard - either fishing, kayaking, lounging or playing in the pool. The boat lift was super convenient as we had rented a boat for the week. Being right down the road from a Publix was also very convenient. Would definitely return.

Family Vacation to Remember!

This was my husband and children’s first visit to the Florida Keys, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Ivette was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made everything seamless—from booking to check-in. We were even able to check in early, which gave the our 3 boys extra time to jump in the pool and start fishing in the canal right away!The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and fun week. It was the perfect home base for all our adventures and truly felt like our own slice of paradise. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Thank you, Ivette, for such a memorable spring break!
