When we arrived at the unit the garage door failed to open delaying access until maintenance arrived to open the door. It failed again and was left open the rest of the stay!! We noticed small things that have changed in a negative way since previous stay.

Beautiful, fun friendly property. Local restaurants within walking distance. Really need a car for groceries and other adventures. Would have loved a pool bar with burgers and other appetizers. Fantastic low key luxury resort home in the keys
Beautiful homes surround a serene pool at this resort. There is a mix of families coming is in their beautiful yachts to use the Marina and families coming by land to stay in the homes. I loved how every home was a little but unique. Fun to walk the docks. My kids loved using the provided fish food at the end of the pier to feed the school of large parrot fish. We were disappointed that the kayaks and SUPs never seemed to be available because it was too windy but once I called and was told there was too much sea weed. We were there on a very windy week though. Marathon was a good midpoint to explore the keys. We went to Key West, key Largo and Everglades NP days trips. Having Publix supermarket close by was very convenient. My family also enjoyed the Turtle Hospital and Crane Point Hammock Park which are both very close to resort. All in all, a wonderful week.

Marlin Bay is an absolutely fantastic place to stay. Seven of us spent a week and had a great time. The house was immaculate, had everything we needed, in a fantastic location. We kept a boat in the marina for four days and had a great vacation. We will most definitely be returning to this beautiful spot!!

We entered a drawing at the Ft.Lauderdale boat show and won a free weekend stay at this amazing resort. It was very quite and not much going on at the resort, but I think that the covid -19 had a lot to do with it, but other than that it was a fantastic place to stay.

We had a lovely vacation at Marlin Bay. The property was meticulous, had wonderful amenities and extremely clean. My 2 children (5 and 3) spend endless hours in the pool and it was the perfect temperature.We spent most evenings grilling fresh fish and relaxing on the deck.Looking forward to returning soon!My only suggestion would be to keep the clubhouse open a bit later as it closes early.

Unit was in spectacular condition. SUper clean and everything brand new. I wish the resort had some food facilities -at least a convenience store inside- and also it would be great if it had daily maid service to change towels and some basic cleaning and making beds.

Best rental I’ve been to in the keys. Beautiful place nice pool, very calm and very well kept. This place is awesome. Will definitely be staying again. The rooms are spacious, and everything is new. Thank you so much.
