It is a newly launched boutique resort featuring 13 luxury vacation homes, 74 private marina slips and a centrally located pool deck and clubhouse. We provide unparalleled service in an intimate setting allowing you to relax and unwind. We are located in Marathon in The Middle Keys, so you can easily explore all that The Keys have to offer.

The kitchen was nicely equiped with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Towels were provided for the pool and other activities. This was my second stay in 3820 and I would so it all over again when given the chance.

Make this place 18 and over....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was good but several things have gone down hill since the last time we stayed there, this was our third visit the last one we stayed for 6 weeks. This was a different unit and it needs updating, wall paper was falling off in bathroom, house smelled musty and the noise upstairs from the fan and air conditioning was extremely loud. It seems the pool was not cleaned as often as prior visits, debris from trees all over seating and in the pool As for the the overall experience this was the worst only due to the fact all the kids that were there, this place should be 18 and over, if we wanted to go and listen to screaming kids or pool toys all over and kids in the hot tub all day we would of gone to Hawks Cay in Duck Key. I would hope that this will be addressed , we talked to several people, some we new from prior visits and they were all disappointed in the number of kids and we all are going to shop around at other locations next time if changes to policy are not done

Reviewer Comments: The overall property is very nice;however,being called a resort property I would expect to be able to order food while at the pool. Also, the sauna remains closed because of COVID. This no excuse, the vaccine has been available for months and at this price point all amenities should be open for use.

The policy of not allowing outside guests was a bit stupid and if come by boat there is nowhere to park a rental car. Again unreasonable.

The space was impeccable clean, well-stocked and beautifully furnished. Everything that we needed was available to us without any request. The staff at Marlin Bay was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. The pool and marina grounds were in comparison to an exclusive resort. If there was food available on the grounds, it would have been 100% perfect!

The crew is super meticulous and it shows. The professional way that check in is handled was impressive and the electronic tablet handy. Lots of special touches in the house. Very well accompanied down to BBQ tools and excursion towels. We did not want for a thing. Residence #3820 was stunning with views from every space, Roof top with 180 degrees of the Atlantic. Sunsets were special. Absolutely loved our stay, can't find anything to criticize and we are critics!
