The home was amazing !! Roomy, clean, comfortable with a great floorplan. Spectacular ocean view and very nice pool. Our host and our local contact were courteous, prompt and professional, a truly wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back next year.

We’ve rented properties in Marathon fo several years and this was the best property over all for everything. Checked on renting next year and was told going off for rental. Was very disappointed in that.

Fabulous, peaceful and private retreat

Just finished spending a glorious week at this amazing property. The pics don’t do the home and the grounds justice. The house was well appointed, very comfy beds, wonderful pool and breathtaking views from nearly every room in the house. House sits at the end of the street and essentially has no neighbors, so very private and peaceful. Even got a visit from a manatee family passing by the canal side of the home. Definitely recommend and hope to return again.

Stunning location, wonderful home

The view is as good as it gets. The pool was lovely, the home was comfortable. As good as all the photos, truly. Stayed for a week with my husband and our two teenage daughters. We loved it. Check-in and communication were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Perfection on the water!

We just returned from a week stay at this gorgeous place. The home is everything we hoped for and more. We found the house to be in great condition. Everything was spotless, hats off to the cleaning crew. American Coastal Vacation rental office made everything so easy. The view from this home doesn't get any better. The pics are nice but you have to see it with your own eyes. The home offers complete privacy. If you are looking for a peerfect place to unwind, this is it.

Fantastic...even during Hurricane Helene

My husband and I celebrated our 20th Anniversary at this property. The house was AMAZING and absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! We would definitely come back and bring family with us next time. The house is VERY well appointed with a great outdoor space for fishing and laying by the pool.

The BEST Keys vacation ever!

Our family had the privilege of staying at ‘Paradise Point’ last week and it was the MOST FABULOUS property we have ever enjoyed in the Florida Keys! The grounds, the view, the cleanliness, and the fully stocked and updated kitchen were perfect for our family’s needs! We appreciated the spacious seating areas, comfortable king beds, updated bathrooms, ground level access, and all the outdoor furniture was perfect! There is no other VIEW like this one! We enjoyed the sunrise and panoramic views of the ocean. Absolutely incredible! We hope to return every year!

Beautiful Keys Location

Beautiful home with amazing views. Great access for boats and jet skis. Great central Keys location and access to stores, beaches and restaurants. Leslie and the other staff at the management company were quick to respond to questions before and during trip. Diving was fantastic and when we return to the Keys, this house will be at top of our list.

Just Wonderful

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful home and beautiful views. We were a group of 60-75 years old and needed one floor living and this home was a perfect fit. We spent our time visiting with family, relaxing in the heated pool, and fishing off of the sea wall. As with any home, there were a few issues, but the management company addressed them immediately. If our health permits it next year, we will definitely be back next year. Thank you.

Absolutely Amazing

We were 6 adults, most over 65 and one in late 70’s. One floor living that was accessible for family with physical disabilities was a must. This property met all the requirements. The open floor plan with large sliding doors gave us oceans views and sunrises that were the highlight of our stay. While there were issues with the pool maintenance upon arrival, the management company addressed it immediately. The heated pool was perfect. This home was everything advertised and more. We all felt like we were vacationing at a resort with all the conveniences of home, swimming, fishing, watching wildlife in their natural habitat, kayaking, and relaxing. Thank you.

Beautiful House & Amazing Views

We stayed here for the first two weeks of August in 2022 with our two year old daughter and my wife's parents. The house is set at the end of a really quiet road and was equipped with everything that we needed for our stay and it was super clean and well maintained. The views from the pool and the outside space were just amazing and we spent many evenings sat outside with a glass or two of wine watching the boats and the manatees go by and watching the electrical storms on the horizon, it was fantastic! As the house is on the south of the island you don't really get a great view of the sunset but that is offset by the fact that you get the super cooling breeze from the Atlantic which for us was much more important as it was a steady 94 degrees throughout our trip and this made it possible to enjoy the outside space much more. We would highly recommend this place for families and or couples alike and we will definitely look to return soon!

Just Amazing!

I can’t speak enough about the beauty and efficiency of this property. We were two families of 4, with teens. We rented a boat for the week. We typically boated all day and relaxed at the home in the evenings. The home was extremely clean and functioned very well for both families. The ranch style and layout were fantastic! The decor so relaxing! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Hope to visit again.
