Awesome place in the Keys!

Despite the bad weather, we had a great time at this wonderful property. Perfect place for 2 families, or a large family that needs some separate areas. Would also be great for several couples the way the unit is split. Roman and Karen were terrific hosts and made sure our trip was perfect. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to the middle Keys.

Relaxation at a beautiful oasis.

We had an excellent week at this location and would highly recommend it and hope to come back sometime. The property was clean and organized. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The back yard was spectacular and we spent most of our time here. We enjoyed the pool every day and the view was breath taking, particularly the sunrises. There were plenty of amenities including sand toys and games to keep our young kids entertained. We loved kayaking and stand up paddle boarding in the area. The hosts Roman and Karen were very attentive and so easy to reach for all of our needs. Excellent!!!!!!!

Thanksgiving vacation

We loved being so close to the ocean and the property is clean and well maintained. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed the pool and the kids used the kayaks quite a bit.

Absolute BEST Vacation!!!

Roman & Karen were absolutely amazing! We really enjoyed meeting them and having conversations during the week. You don't usually get to have personal interactions with your host. This was the absolute best vacation we have had, ever! This was our first time to the Keys and we will be back for sure. We arrived at the house and it was perfect! The layout made it possible for our kids to have their own space and that little bit of freedom they wanted. The house was super clean and well stocked! It was great to have the basics, some rentals do not provide those things. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit, and watching the lizards each day. We drove down to Key West for a day and enjoyed the sites there. We ate at several great restaurants! The Hideaway Cafe was great and the waitress had nothing but great things to say about our hosts. We definitely plan on coming back to the Keys for another vacation...we will definitely reach out to Roman & Karen when we plan it! Thank you all for sharing your piece of paradise with us for the week!

Great place!

Beautiful home with every amenity you could need. The pool is really spectacular, right on open water! Roman was just a phone call away and was a very gracious host. We had a great time!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time. Loved watching the sunrise every morning from the beach area. The kayaks were so much fun, we saw manatees, sting rays, dolphins and sea turtles. Can't wait till we can come visit again

Dreamscape

The property is amazing!! There is fruit for the picking if it’s ripe, iguanas to watch as they lounge and plenty of space to run and play and then cool n the pool. Plus kayaks and paddle boards available for anytime use. The house stayed cool with no issues and was amazingly furnished! We had the BEST vacation ever at this property and will 100% be returning. Roman and Karen came by to say hello with a bottle of champagne and even came to wish us safe travels as we packed up. Wonderful vacation home and wonderful people. Please stay here - you won’t regret it!

Perfect place for a family vacation!

Loved our time at Roman and Karen’s place! The house was spotless and beautiful! Plenty of room And activities for families including kayaking, stand up paddle boards, swimming in the pool, yard games including the ability to set a beach volleyball court, grilling meals on the patio, and soaking in the sun! The house came with everything we needed! Plan on staying here again!

Fantastic stay

We all loved staying here. There were 6 of us and we had lot’s of room and never felt crowded The owners went out of there way to accommodate us. They were so friendly. We could contact them at any time regarding any questions. It was very clean as well and had everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful on the ocean. The ocean is shallow for at least 50 feet or more. So great for kids and getting in a Kayak. The view is just gorgeous. They also have a walk out dock that goes out into the ocean with 2 benches and is just lovely to sit on and enjoy the view and wild life from there with a lovely wind. Inside the air conditioning worked great- never an issue. TV’s through out the house to watch at night with free pay channels if you choose to do so. Lot’s of amazing places to eat and explore and see and do really close to the house , and a resort restaurant just 2 doors down to eat and drink if you didn’t want to go far. Key West from there is not that long of a drive and great scenery on the way and things to do. Again, we were so pleased that we rented this house in a great location and would definitely come again.

Amazing property and amazing hosts!

Ocean Pearl is an amazing property! From the time you walk in the front door all the way to the pool, and the amazing views! Roman and Karen made sure all of our needs were taken care of from reservation to check out! Their hospitality and friendliness were well above any other. The property fully equipped with all the necessities plus so many extras. We enjoyed sunrises, days in the pool, And just relaxing. If you’re looking for a property that has all the amenities from top to bottom, this is it. We will definitely be back!

Awesome yard. Good location.

The house layout was great. The large table held our whole family. The yard was awesome and large. Enjoyed the volleyball court as well as the pool and all of the pwc’s. The smell was the only negative but not the houses fault. We were told Grassy Key has that name for a reason and it is all of the sea grass that gets washed in. The decaying vegetation leaves a very interesting smell behind. Other than that, we loved watching the family of four iguanas and chasining all the crabs.

Senior Trip

This property was fabulous!! We have two kids that just graduated, and we wanted to take all (6) of our kids on one last big family vacation. This house was the perfect set up for that. While the layout is quirky, the finishes are done well and it suited our needs well! When we arrived, the house was ready to go and completely spotless! We spent the week enjoying the beautiful views, kayaks and paddle boards, pool, and volleyball court. The kids were busy outside the whole time and off their electronics - it was amazing! In the evenings; we gathered around the big table and played games together or went out of night swims until we were ready to crash. We could not have asked for a better vacation in the keys!

Grassy Key home

We enjoyed our week at this Grassy Key home. The layout was great for us. Essentially, a duplex with 2 bedrooms in each connected by a hallway. My mother-in-law and our 12 y. o. had their own space & my wife and I along with our 23 yo had the other. Our side had the dining area and family room where we cooked our fresh catches of the day and played cards. The pool was great with a wonderful view. There were kayaks and SUPs available. Everything was very clean. Walking distance to Hideaway restaurant which was awesome. We explored the sandbar at low tide. Location was close to Key colony and the rest of Marathon. Close proximity to restaurants. The ocean is very shallow so no boat dock available in this area. We had a boat with my brother-in-laws place near key colony so our fishing needs were met that way. I meant to try fishing from kayaks but the week went by too quickly!

Great rental for family group!

The layout of the bedrooms worked really well for us, little ones could sleep away from main house. The yard configuration worked really well to have so much outside space all to ourselves. You do hear road noise, but you get used to it! The "beach" is not ideal, but access to the water via the seawall onto the sand bar worked really great!
