P02 - Hospitalidad del sur

Esta casa ultra lujosa de 5 dormitorios, 3-1 / 2 baños y 3 pisos es una construcción completamente nueva. Esta casa de estilo Key West se sentirá como tu propia isla tropical. Esta acogedora casa ofrece pisos de madera noble, techos altos, electrodomésticos nuevos, muebles nuevos y un ambiente sofisticado pero cómodo.

En el nivel principal de la casa, se encuentra la elegante sala de estar con sillones reclinables súper cómodos que ofrece un televisor de pantalla plana grande, perfecto para ver películas después de un largo día de diversión bajo el sol. Fuera de la sala de estar, financiará un lanai cubierto con una cocina al aire libre, área de comedor y sala de estar. Hay una gran cocina comedor que viene equipada con platos, vasos y todas las necesidades de cocina. En este nivel también se encuentra el gran dormitorio principal con puertas que dan al patio. El baño principal viene con bañera y ducha. El lavadero también se encuentra en este nivel de la casa.

Arriba hay 3 habitaciones igualmente cómodas y elegantes. Dos de estas habitaciones cuentan con una cama doble y la tercera habitación cuenta con 2 camas individuales. Hay un baño completo en el tercer piso, así como un pequeño rincón para acomodarse con un libro.
En el nivel del suelo de la casa, encontrará una suite de suegra. Esta área es perfecta para aquellos que desean un poco más de privacidad. Esta suite ofrece una cama Queen, cocineta y baño completo. Estas habitaciones salen a la piscina.

La piscina privada climatizada está rodeada de palmeras tropicales y ofrece una gran vista del canal de aguas profundas donde puede estacionar su bote. Un montón de espacio al aire libre te invita a disfrutar del sol y el clima tropical que te lleva a los Cayos de Florida.

La casa está en un canal de aguas profundas en el Oceanside. Puedes practicar snorkel o bucear en el famoso Sombrero Lighthouse que se encuentra a pocos minutos. La playa Sombrero está a solo 1,5 km. Las tiendas de comestibles y los restaurantes muy cercanos hacen de esta casa el lugar ideal para unas vacaciones familiares.

Great place for a great value!

We had a wonderful time in Marathon. The home is on a relaxing channel of water and walking/biking distance to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Home!

We loved everything about our stay. This home has it all. Some of us just wanted to lounge by the pool or on the upstairs porch and it was perfect! Some of us wanted to get on our boat and snorkel and fish everyday and it was perfect!

Great spring break

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Great pool and yard. Great bathrooms and comfy beds. Convenient access to activities, groceries and beach. No complaints at all! Highly recommended!

Quiet Neighborhood

Quiet family neighborhood. Just the right size for our family. Enjoyed the large veranda when it rained, as well as the pool when it was sunny. Easy 1 mile walk to the beach.

We live in Pennsylvania so we love to come to FL during the winter months to get away from the cold.

The experience renting the property was simple. The girls at the office I spoke with were always friendly and helpful.

Quiet escape minutes from the ocean

Plenty of space for 9 guests. Large living room, dining area and huge kitchen. There is no access to the apartment from main living area, not a deal breaker. The downstairs apartment has a roll out mattress in the sofa right in front of a small tv. It was the perfect hang out for the little ones to rest and nap. There's a large sliding glass door in front of it, could see them from the porch/pool. The pool is fantastic! The canal is teaming with jellies and fish. The iguanas are social. We had a visit from a ferret. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Publix and Walgreens very close by. Stock up on bug spray and hydrocortisone cream... don't skip this. Few minutes drive from Sunset Bar and Grille, wonderful food. I highly recommend renting a boat, there's so much to see here even just cruising the canals. We enjoyed our stay and Leslie was very helpful.

Family of 9 RELAXED!

Overall the house is exactly as the pictures show! Plenty of indoor space, FABULOUS deck and pool! Plenty of beach towels, but daily supplies = go to the store! Only 1 roll of TP, 1 roll of PT, no laundry soap/dish soap/DW soap/hand soap, etc.... Since the house is only rented for 1 week + I expected a few more supplies. There is a great grocery/pharmacy/liquor store within a mile - so just stock up before getting there. After that, the place is exactly what I was hoping for my family! And the management staff always responded to a call or email within 24 hours!

Good place with pool ducks

Overall place was good. There were ducks that kept swimming and pooping in the pool on a regular basis. Property management was receptive to calls when asking for someone to come clean the pool. The neighbors next door were kind of sketchy and loud in the morning. A lot of people coming and going. While they did not bother us, I would be concerned if I came with my children.

Fantastic House!

The house was beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed and the outdoor kitchen (balcony grill) was amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone and dock space for the boat. The only thing that did not get 5 stars is location which is not the owners fault. The house is so close to the grocery stores and anything you could need but, some of the neighbors are less than friendly. Overall we had an amazing experience and would stay here again!

Great House!

We rented a boat to keep on Canal. We went exploring on the water everyday, came home to fun in the pool then retreated into the spacious house. My Brother who is on a little different sleep schedule than the rest of us got the apartment downstairs which he loved. We didn't have to worry about keeping quiet in the morning. Loved our family get away!

A perfect escape

This house offered everything we needed to enjoy our week away. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Communication with management was quick. The location was very convenient for all our needs. We will most definitely return.

Winter getaway

We had Ana amazing stay at this house! It had everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed endless hours in the pool while the adults annoyed each other’s company. So much to do on the area as well! Sea rueful hospital, aquarium, Dolphin rescue! We would highly recommend this house! Fits 10 people perfect!

Relax in paradise!

As advertised! Home was perfect for a week long get-away. No need to even leave the home, with a heated pool and great layout to entertain. We rented a boat and docked it right out back, it's perfect to explore Marathon by water. We definitely would stay here again! Pete S.

Great house!- bring your boat!

We stayed for a week over Labor Day and the house did not disappoint. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked and is great for cooking large family style meals. The only negative I can say was the BBQ grill was not functioning properly but we notified the manager and they said they will get it fixed. This house is PERFECT for bringing your boat- the channel is always flat calm and the owners did a fantastic job on the seawall- there are very large rubber bumpers about every 8 feet and even at low tide the boat was fine. Sombrero reef is only about a 20 min boat ride from the house for some fantastic snorkeling. Overall we would highly recommend this house- we are ready to book it again next year!

Perfect for our family vacation

Beautiful spacious home. Loved the pool and view. Rented a boat which added so much to our stay. Twin beds were needing possible new mattress very worn and slanted, and basement apt has moldy smell.

60th Birthday vacation

Upon check-in to the house we found several minor maintenance issues that we called into the office and they were taken care of quickly. A more detailed inspection by the property manager should have caught these problems. Other than that the property was Amazing. Very clean, up to date, comfortable, and relaxing.

Great property/pool. Close to everything yet quite private.

Home was very comfortable for 4 couples and a single person. Pool, deck, patio and living areas were great. Only issue the first couple of days were small bugs (no see-ums) which were prevalent around Marathon. Insect repellant/skin so soft did a good job repelling. Close to shopping, restaurants, and golf course yet quite private.

Awesome home and great location!

We were a party of 8 adults and 2 teens. This home provided for all of our needs. Lots of space and comfort. Cooks kitchen. Beach and pool towels provided. Need to bring beach chairs. Plenty of fishing off of dock in backyard. Fisherman's freezer on site. Great location/ Publix food market and Kmart about a mile away. Short drive to the beach.
