Upgraded, tranquil property - excellent host

Due to Miami airport flooding, we had had a nightmare 13 hour travel day with a toddler in tow. The drive down from Miami, I just kept worrying something would be wrong with the rental too. What a relief to drive up the quiet street (at almost 11 PM) to the house warmly lit, with soft music playing in all the rooms. It was far roomier than the pictures online suggested, everything was clean and upgraded. The pool was heavenly and the host so caring and responsive. Michelle even came over on a Sunday to handle a few small issues. Only minor complaints are the blender shown in the pictures was missing and with the exception of the master, there is limited closet/dresser space. Thank you again Michelle for everything!

Such a great 2 weeks!

I'll start by saying, we've been coming to the Keys for years and had really specific requirements for a house (just things we've come to prefer over the years). This house exceeded every expectation! We had a wonderful time at the property! Everything was clean and very well maintained. Beds were all very comfortable, showers had great pressure and hot water, even found a good supply of necessities (dish soap, trash bags, laundry soap). Dock was wonderful! We fished every night and the water was very calm for our boat. Great outdoor bait freezer and fish cleaning station. Pool is HUGE for a residential pool. Deep too! Kids stayed in anytime we were home and had lots of "night swims". We made use nightly of the grill and had coffee every morning under the Tiki Hut. Take my advice and walk down to the ice cream shop at the end of the block, best fresh made ice cream and popsicles. Michelle was super responsive and always available if we had questions. She even sent a few texts with information on Turtle's being released. Would stay here again in a heart beat! Thanks for the wonderful memories

Stay in Marathon

Great rental inclluding all items to be comfortable. Pool was clean and great as was the yard and the location on the canal . Caught many fish a nd enjoyed the light boat traffic. I do recommend the addition of grab bars around the toilets and showers. iI am handicapped and grab bars would have been welcome and add to safety in those areas.

Stellar Stay

We loved our vacation at the property. We took my 88 year old dad with us. We spent the majority of our day under the Tiki Hut playing various games. The pool was great. The landscaping contributed to the feeling that we were at a tropical resort. We only ate out a few times because the kitchen was great for cooking meals. Michelle, the property manager, communicated with us and promptly answered questions. The house was perfect. We plan to return.

Clean and comfy .

Great place for 6 adults (3 couples) (only a few twin blow ups for extra sleep space) but- Place was clean and well furnished. Comfortable living space- only downside is no kitchen counter space or island in the kitchen so a challenge if you want to cook. But a Huge fridge and plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. Would definitely recommend or return.

Accessible getaway.

This rental property is exactly as pictured. The house was clean, including the pool, and it was equipped with the basics. It is a single level home which made it totally accommodating for my family’s needs. I also found the location to be ideal if you are looking for a central point to explore Key West along with Key Largo without day trips feeling too long. The keys are a magical place and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME. WE WERE ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY!!! THIS WAS MY 50TH BDAY GIFT FROM HUSBAND. A WEEK IN FLORIDA/CHARTER BOAT OFF SHORE FISHING AND NEW YEARS EVE. WE STAYED DEC 27-JAN 3. THE HOUSE WAS OPEN, AIRY, BEAUTIFUL, HOMEY, COMFORTABLE, RELAXING. THE LOCATION ITSELF FELT VERY PRIVATE, SITUATED ON THE CANAL IN QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD. POOL AND TIKI HUT AMAZING SEATING FOR 6. OUTDOOR GRILL FOR DINNERS. ALL APPLIANCES AND FURNISHINGS ALL A+. BEDROOMS ALL VERY COMFORTABLE. WE STOPPED AT PUBLIX AND BOUGHT $600+ FOR OUR WEEK STAY OF GROCERIES. (WIN-DIXIE CHEAPER) WE DISCOVERED LATER. WE HAVE ZERO COMPLAINTS ON THIS PROPERTY. WOULD LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR BEAUTIFUL HOME!!

Amazing stay

Stunning house, very clean, family friendly, and also great for elders since the house is literally ground level which can be hard to find at times on a canal with a pool. Location is close to everything in marathon. We had a boat for 5 days very easy access out ocean even in 26 footer. Fishing outback is also fun! 100% recommend!

Wonderful Stay in Marathon!

This home was wonderful! My crew has stayed at Indigo Reef for years, and this time we decided to try a house rental. The home was very clean, well appointed kitchen, the pool and outdoor space was perfect for my family - we grilled dinner every night, meals in the tiki hut, and the boat access right there! TS Elsa tried to ruin our week, but no chance! Close to grocery stores, and boat rental. Michelle was a wonderful hostess - communication was perfect, and she was very helpful with the questions we had regarding the storm. We will be back - thank you!

Absolutely loved the Home

We were impressed on our arrival with how clean and well maintained the home was. The location was great and the pool was awesome. We liked it being located on the canal and walking distance from an ice cream place. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as planned. We stayed for a week, there were 6 of us and it never felt crowded. The thatch hut was really cool hit and we ate out under it a few times…We did go out on a fishing charter with Captain Jay (recommended by them) and would not go out with him again; that was the only disappointment but not their fault. Overall we would certainly rent the house again and enjoyed our time there.

All excellent Things to improve Kitchen is not equipped the greatest. Dull knifes, used pots and pans that have warped. Had to go buy our own soap and shampoo under excuse of covid Cable tv is limited on choice Otherwise very good location Again just a few things to improve

Super clean

We have been coming to the Keys for 35 years and are very familiar with this area. This house was by far one of the nicest rental properties we have ever stayed in! INCREDIBLY clean, no bugs and the amenities for an active boater are terrific. The dock is designed to accommodate both larger and smaller boats. There’s a separate outdoor freezer, the grill was clean and ready to go, and the outdoor space/pool/yard/tiki bar was pristine. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and all the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room in the front yard to store your trailer, this home has immediate ocean access and is conveniently located near dive shops and public boat ramp. The house is spacious and nicely updated! Can’t wait to come back.

We had an amazing time at this property! Highly recommended with the open floor plan, huge pool, and easy access to open water. Michelle (property manager) was excellent with communication prior to our stay and during as well.
