This exceptional rental property provided ample space for our group of eleven. The pool and the convenient docking area for boats were particularly noteworthy. The kitchen was well-stocked and offered ample seating both indoors and outdoors. Upon our arrival, the home was immaculately clean. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The property is approximately a 15-minute boat ride from the ocean. I wholeheartedly recommend this home for your family’s next vacation.

Great host, excellent communication, everything as promised Our vacation was terrific! Property fit all our needs...warm inviting pool, lots of outdoor seating (both shade and sun), clean and spacious house with everything we could need, plenty of dock space, convenient location for both boating and exploring/shopping. Fantastic property for a group getaway in Marathon! This home was an absolute win for our group of 12—plenty of room to spread out, relax, and not feel crowded. The heated pool was perfect and got plenty of use, and the layout of the house made it easy for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying time together.The dock was an unexpected bonus—we even hooked into a couple of tarpon right off the back, which made the stay even more memorable. Overall, a great setup for larger groups looking to enjoy everything the Keys have to offer. We’d definitely stay here again.

We loved our time here in Marathon. We had 3 generation of family and friends with us and everyone had spaces do what ever we wanted. Great space for family to eat, play game and boat anytime. Saw a beautiful sunrise at Sombrero beach! We will be coming back next year!!! Can’t wait!!

We had a wonderful stay with three families and the grandchildren. Close to all the needs hard to get the grands out of the pool. Lots of room to not be on top of one another. Beds were very comfortable well stocked kitchen. Thank you for an amazing trip and lots of great memories.

Great house for the family!

We had a large group and we all had our space! I come from a family of four and all of us have kids so it was nice to have our own room to get away if need be. Easy access and a quick trip to the Atlantic on the boat “maybe 10 minutes”. Only downfall were the mosquitoes at night and in the morning but that’s nature. Highly recommend if you have a large family!

Great location and very nice house for family

Property has excellent water access, both Atlantic and Gulf. Nice pool and very family friendly space. Kitchen was well appointed and we used it for most of our meals. We would be happy to stay again.

Absolutely amazing stay

The house was amazing! The boat dock attached to the house was very convenient to let our boats stay in the water for the whole week and the transit to the ocean through the channel was only a couple of minutes and very easy to navigate. Jay was an incredible host. I texted/called him multiple times for questions and he was always willing to help. If I could give this place 1,000 stars I would!!! Definitely would recommend!

A Perfect Rental

We recently spent a week at this fantastic property in Marathon. We had 12 adults, a toddler and an infant in our group, and everyone had a great time. The 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms allowed each couple privacy while the layout of the common areas gave us plenty of space to enjoy being together. The house itself is comfortable and well-equipped with everything that you will need for a great stay. The pool was delightful - we did bring our own floating toys so we could float for days. The palapa gave us a comfortable area to stay out of the sun. We rented a kayak while we were there and spent a lot of time paddling around the waterways.Jay was extremely responsive to my many questions leading up to the trip, answering most times the same day. Check in and out was very easy and the Welcome package of instructions thorough and helpful.We did not want to go all the way to Key West for our vacation, but several of us took a day trip there. We discovered a nice beach area at Veterans Park just on the other side of the 7 Mile bridge that we liked better than Sombrero Beach. We also enjoyed the Pigeon Key train ride and tour as well as the Aquarium just down the road. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great house for a large group.

A fantastic space for Keys adventures!

We loved the week we spent here. The house fit our large group comfortably, without feeling huge. The pool and waterfront in the backyard provided endless entertainment for the kids and adults without having to go far. The house is also close to many sights and experiences in the Keys. The house showed some minor wear but was very clean. Jay and Kristin were incredibly responsive hosts, and we appreciated all the information they provided before and during our visit. We'd book it again!

Great space for 12-14 people

We had a great time. The kitchen appliances( dishwasher and freezer) did not work well but appliance guy was on top of it. He also gave us good advice on buying stone crabs. We would stay there again

The perfect family getaway

This property was perfect for our large family! The floor plan was amazing, allowing us room to spread out and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Jay was a responsive host and we all talked about coming back to stay again.

Best vacation ever!

We were a group of 3 couples and 2 singles who rented this lovely home for a week’s vacation. We have known each other since high school.We loved, loved, loved the heated pool, and the large screened-in porch where we congregated for coffee, meals, laughter and lots of fun!The kitchen was large and well equipped. And, did I mention how comfortable the beds were?The house is conveniently located to grocery stores and fabulous restaurants.We even caught fish off the dock and saw a family of manatees! We took one day off and went to Key West, but otherwise, we spent our time at the house. The owners are very responsive and helpful.HIGHLY recommend this wonderful property! Marathon is a lovely town with really friendly people.

Great vacation

10 retirees had a great time for the week. Plenty of room. Especially enjoyed the spacious screened porch area and the outside pool area. The pool was heated perfectly . Would definitely return here if ever return to Marathon.

FAMILY VACATION

A perfect 3 generation family vacation. Everything you want steps from your back door. From swimming, to fishing, to grilling in the back yard, the home provided everything we could have wanted and more. The location was great, close to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. Amazing Host

The property had a plumbing leak the day before our arrival. We had people coming from all over the country so I was in panic mode. The host was amazing in arranging alternative lodgings for us. He kept in close contact with us and even stopped in to check on us that we were doing well. He went above and beyond for us for what turned out to be non-profit for him. Thank you so much to Jay for saving our vacation!

Great for large groups!

Jay’s property had everything we needed for 4 families. Plenty of space inside and out, including large dock for multiple boats and lots of parking. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and then some. All in all this is a fantastic property and we will stay again.

80th Birthday Celebration

I rented this neat home for my husband’s 80th birthday. We had 12 people who stayed and relaxed, cooked and enjoyed the week of celebration. It’s very quiet and a perfect place to escape from the world. I would do it again!
